There's quite a tingling sensation right after application, which takes some getting used to at first, but it becomes more tolerable over time. However, perhaps due to my super sensitive skin, I experience some itching after use, so I can't use it too often - just once or twice a week. It absorbs well and doesn't feel sticky at all. While it might be a bit much for frequent use, it seems great for occasional skin care treatments. While it doesn't cause blemishes, it seems to irritate my skin, causing itchiness, so I use it with breaks in between. For me, using it once a week seems to be the right frequency.

I use 700 once a week and 300 every three days. The 300 is noticeably thinner and lighter than 700. It applies more like a serum than a cream and absorbs well. When I layer this, followed by a lightweight functional serum and finish with a cream, I definitely notice improved skin texture the next day. While my skin texture has improved, I haven't noticed any dramatic changes in blemishes yet. The instructions say you can use 300 daily, but that seems too harsh. I find it best to use 700 once a week and alternate with 300 in between. For those not using 700, using 300 every other day might work well.
