However, after exfoliating when my skin is red, using it as a mask seems to soothe well. The container design is convenient, with the pad applicator stored inside the pad container for easy use.

The pads are a decent size too, not too small.
ConsRecommendedIt feels just like applying regular toner. I use it because it's cheap and saves me the hassle of soaking cotton pads with toner. It doesn't seem to provide much hydration though.
