The photo shows a sample package. I thought it was just 10 sheets, but it's actually about 30 since each pad is made up of 3 thin layers. Texture - Though each individual layer is thin, these pads aren't as flimsy as other thin pads I've tried. They have a slightly stiff, paper-like texture. They're soaked in a watery toner/essence, but it's not dripping wet. Experience - I mainly use these pads while blow-drying my hair, so it's important that they stay put on my face. Despite their stiff texture, I was pleasantly surprised by how well they adhered to my skin. They're not too thick, which helps. The material feels like non-woven fabric, making it easy to tear by hand to fit areas like the chin or nose without leaving gaps. As a soothing pad, it provides a light hydration. I didn't experience any irritation or discomfort. Given its lightweight nature, I'd recommend using it for a quick 5-minute treatment. Due to its lightweight formula, the hydration seems to evaporate quickly after about 5 minutes. I find myself following up with a light mist or toner to maintain moisture. It may not be sufficient for deep hydration during dry seasons. - sh********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 22, 2025
It's so thin that just 10 seconds of application calms down any heat on your skin. A must-try for those with easily flushed skin! It's gentle enough to use on your eyelids without any tingling! While the pads are thin, they're not so flimsy that they'll tear easily. I can't think of any downsides. It's incredibly gentle on the skin. I'm prone to blemishes, but this didn't cause any at all. Try placing these on areas that tend to get hot before using a face mask. Remove them, then apply your mask - you'll notice your skin feels much more hydrated. - ha****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 8, 2025
It peels off well without leaving any lint when used as a mask, and has a generous amount of moisturizing essence. While it claims to reduce heat within 6 seconds, it's not an instant 'Wow, that's cold!' sensation compared to other cooling pads in the 2024 cooling pad craze. However, after exfoliating when my skin is red, using it as a mask seems to soothe well. The container is also more convenient to use as the pad picker is integrated inside the pad container. When used as an exfoliating toner, I felt a slight irritation. (Personally, I find that thicker embossed pads feel less irritating for exfoliating toners.) - cj*****Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 18, 2025
You get three sheets for the price of one, so it's great value for money. The pads are a decent size too, not too small. It feels just like applying regular toner. I use it because it's cheap and saves me the hassle of soaking cotton pads with toner. It doesn't seem to provide much hydration though. - ne**Dry SkinJan 1, 2025
Each pad is actually triple-layered, making it surprisingly generous in quantity! The thinness allows for excellent skin adhesion, making it perfect as the first step in your skincare routine, just like a mask. I use exactly two pads, covering both cheeks, forehead, nose, chin, and neck. After removing the pad and letting the essence absorb, my skin feels wonderfully hydrated. The material is also gentle and non-irritating. Due to the large quantity, the container is bigger compared to other pads. Considering the price and difficulty in finding it offline, plus the lack of special features beyond basic skincare, I probably won't repurchase. It would have been better if it came as 180 individual pads instead. - sa*******Dry SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedDec 2, 2024
The container is generously sized. The application experience was satisfactory. I used it during the summer. There weren't any particular drawbacks. It gave me an overall decent impression. - tn****Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedSep 24, 2024
The container is large. It contains 180 sheets in total, with 3 layers each! Using all 3 layers together is great for wiping away surface dirt on your skin. If you separate them, they're perfect for sticking on your forehead and cheeks while blow-drying your hair - so handy! The cotton itself is non-irritating, so I'm using them very happily! I didn't find any downsides while using these. They didn't cause any blemishes, and they worked really well for my skin! - sm*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedSep 23, 2024
These pads were great for just adding hydration, perfect for sticking on while drying my hair. They're made by combining 3 thin sheets into one, which made them nice and plush, but I felt it was a bit wasteful to use as one. So I mainly use them separated into 3 for spot treatments. I bought them because I liked the Songak cream, and while they weren't quite as impressive as the cream, they were still decent for everyday use. Many of the pads were already separated in the package, making it inconvenient to pull out whole, intact sheets. I thought it would be nice to use one thick pad for cleansing first, then separate the layers for spot treatments, but most were already split apart. They only provide light hydration, which might not be enough for those with dry skin. - so*****Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 26, 2024
I've been using the Ivy Cream so well that I'm now venturing to try other products from the line. While I sometimes feel reluctant to use pad products one by one, this product is surprisingly different. The downside is that it's on the pricier side, which makes me hesitant to use it liberally.
