I've been taking one of these whenever I have indigestion! However, there was a day when my digestion was particularly bad. I took three that day, and it seemed to help, though I'm not sure if it was because of this product or not! Anyway, I'm still taking them regularly. There wasn't anything disappointing about it. The taste was fine too. I think I'll need to keep taking it consistently to see results! Despite being an enzyme powder, there's no unpleasant taste at all! I can't really think of any downsides. It was my first time trying an enzyme powder, and I found it quite agreeable. I bet it would taste deliciously nutty if mixed with milk, almost like a sweet potato latte.
