Finally, a successful mildly alkaline cleanser! My friend highly recommended it, and now I see why. I used to struggle with dryness and irritation from alkaline cleansers, but this one's different. It's gentle yet effective at removing makeup, and it doesn't cause those tiny bumps! It feels like a hydrating foam cleanser. You can actually see the moisture in its texture - it's not too thick, and it still lathers well. Most importantly, it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry. I think I've found my new go-to! There's nothing bad to say! Maybe if the packaging was a bit prettier, it could look more luxurious even though it's from Happy Bath. But I'm completely satisfied with how well it works. I use a low pH cleanser during the day and this one at night! - to******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 6, 2025
As one of the few mildly alkaline foams, it's perfect for oily skin that lacks moisture. Plus, it lathers up nicely even with just a small amount. I can't really think of any downsides for me! I just wish they'd have more promotions. - co*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 7, 2024
It lathers well and the scent isn't off-putting. The cleansing effectiveness is pretty good. I love that there's no slippery feeling or sense of residue after washing - it feels thoroughly clean. For those who wear heavy makeup, the cleansing power might not be sufficient. You'll probably need to double cleanse if you're removing intense makeup. - si*********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 3, 2024
I switched to this product after using the Micro Clean Deep Cleansing Foam because I felt my skin getting drier as autumn approached. As a hydrating deep cleanser, it felt gentler on my skin compared to the purple deep cleansing foam, and the post-cleanse dryness was less noticeable than with the deep cleansing foam. While the deep cleansing foam was good, I think I'll be reaching for the Soapberry Cleansing Foam more often during the dry seasons. It cleanses effectively while being gentler and less drying. I'm satisfied with both products as they have mild fragrances and are gentle on the skin. I didn't experience any blemishes or have any other issues with this product. I recommend the Soapberry Cleansing Foam for those with dry or combination dehydrated skin! - lm*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedSep 19, 2024
After trying everything, I've come back to you... Perfect for extremely dry, sensitive skin, and light makeup ✓ Non-drying finish ✓ Refreshing cleanse with mild alkaline formula ✓ Medium to high cleansing effectiveness ✓ Great value for money and easily accessible ✓ Foams well, minimizing irritation ✓ Truly a product for the whole family ✓ Ingredients might not be ideal for everyone, so patch testing is recommended ✓ There's really nothing else... Maybe just be mindful of the amount you use? Even a small amount produces amazing foam Use a kidney bean-sized amount for a squeaky clean feel Use a pea-sized amount for a more hydrating cleanse - ii******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 21, 2024
This is a product I consistently use. It's gentle and I absolutely love it! It's a product I use regularly without any major drawbacks. It's quite satisfactory.
