The staying power seems average. With sunscreen ingredients, it's perfect for summer use. I personally enjoyed the scent, which is a mix of artificial strawberry candy and Hwahae's signature fragrance. It's not a lip balm that causes dead skin cells to build up, but rather one that helps smooth them out. It tastes like sunscreen... I usually apply lip balm generously and repeatedly, but when I do that with this one, it gets into my mouth and tastes like sunscreen. Apart from the sunscreen taste, I didn't notice any major drawbacks. It's an affordable and decent lip balm overall. Lovely scent. It's close to a sweet strawberry jam or syrup fragrance. Doesn't have that typical sunscreen taste. Hydrating and applies smoothly. Among lip balms, this one feels the most potent from Hwahae. If you're looking for a fresh scent, you might be a bit disappointed. But if you prefer a sweet fragrance, you'll likely be satisfied. The scent is more like a strawberry yogurt smoothie than just plain strawberries, which I really enjoyed for its sweet aroma. It has a silky texture with a slight cooling sensation, so it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. It's not ideal for exfoliating already chapped skin, but it would be great to use preventatively before skin becomes dry and flaky.

After sticking to one product for years, I saw these on a huge discount at Olive Young (just 3,000 won each) and bought all three flavors: grapefruit, strawberry, and lemon. I've finished the grapefruit and now I'm using the strawberry one. It's absolutely perfect for my taste in flavor and scent - I'm completely satisfied! The grapefruit wasn't artificial at all, it tasted just like the Grapefruit Honey Black Tea from Starbucks, so I really enjoyed it. The strawberry is amazing too, it's like a strawberry candy? It has a sweet scent that puts me in a good mood. At first, I was put off by the cooling sensation from the menthol, but I got used to it quickly because the scent is so lovely. And with such great moisturizing power at this price point, I'm truly, genuinely satisfied and loving using it. The scent is great, the price is reasonable, and both the moisturizing power and lasting effect are excellent. As expected from a lip ice product, it contains menthol, so you can feel your lips cooling down when applied. The sensation doesn't last too long, which made it comfortable to use. It doesn't crumble easily, so it absorbs well, and it moisturizes better than I thought, leaving my lips feeling soft and supple. I don't really have any complaints about this product. As someone who can't live without lip balm even in summer, I've tried countless options, and this one easily ranks in my top 3 favorites. 1. The refreshing strawberry scent is amazing - It's not that artificial sweetness, but a fresh strawberry aroma that's almost identical to Eclipse strawberry candy 2. Contains menthol but causes zero irritation - I was hesitant to buy because I feared the menthol might be harsh, but there's no redness, itching, or blemishes on the lip area at all 3. Hydration is top-notch - When I wake up in the morning, it's still on my lips, keeping them constantly moisturized 4. UV protection - Not sure if lips can get sunburned, but the added UV protection is a nice bonus It's a first to find a lip balm with no downsides, honestly... Pro tip: Buy it when it's on sale, it's already reasonably priced!
