  Atopam is famous for their emulsions, right? It's a brand we can trust! So I was excited to have the opportunity to try this product. The reason for my delayed review is that I couldn't apply it consistently at first. But after making a conscious effort to use it regularly for the past few days, I'm ready to share my thoughts. This lip balm is colorless, fragrance-free, and glides on smoothly! Even though it's still humid, my lips have been cracking and peeling during this seasonal change. Ugh! But I've noticed that when I apply this balm consistently, it definitely helps prevent chapping! Every winter, my lips crack and I end up picking at them, causing bleeding and pain. I'm planning to buy this product for that very reason! Since I'm already using it, I can't share it, unfortunately. It's great that you can apply it over lip tint without affecting the color, as it's transparent. I think both adults and children can use it without any worries!

  After trying it, I can definitely say it's great. During seasonal changes, both my kids and I suffer from severely chapped lips, so I was looking for a lip balm with good hydration and easy application. This Panthenol Lip Cera seems to be perfect. When applied to dry, stinging lips, it glides on with a slight melting sensation. It's moisturizing and soft, making it easy to apply on the kids too. As the name suggests, it contains panthenol, which seems to protect the lips. I used to tell my kids to apply lip balm every morning before school, but now I've switched them to this one. It's much more hydrating and fragrance-free, so I feel at ease with the kids using it. I also tried it on the back of my hand, and it feels moisturizing without being sticky. Although I received this as part of The Hwahae Testers, I'm planning to switch to this product. Once I finish it, I'll definitely repurchase.

I've been using Atopalm products while raising my six children and continue to do so because of my trust and confidence in the brand. This lip balm has great ingredients, making it suitable for both adults and children, so I plan to keep using it. When the cold wind blows, my six children's lips often crack and chap, but with Atopalm Lip Cera, I think we'll be able to withstand the harsh winter well.
