When applied to freshly popped blemishes, it noticeably reduces redness. It feels like it heals twice as fast as topical products. I use it to prevent hyperpigmentation, and it seems effective! I wish I could stock up on these if I had more money. It's fascinating how the microneedles feel sharp at first, but by morning they've softened, presumably from absorption. The patches are definitely larger than non-microneedle ones, and they adhere well! 1. It's expensive! Too pricey for just 12 patches. That's a harsh quantity for those with blemish-prone skin. I'd give it 5 stars if it were around $6, but the high price brings it down to 4. 2. The microneedles hurt. I assume the pain means it's working, but ouch! Despite the discomfort, press firmly after application. 3. You need to apply it in one go. The adhesion weakens if you remove and reapply, so aim carefully on the first try. For best results, leave it on for at least 4 hours. I recommend applying at night. It works wonders when applied to areas where blemishes have already been extracted. I'm really satisfied with the results. There's nothing bad to say. This product is more effective on newly formed dark spots rather than long-standing ones. It won't work with just one application - you need to consistently apply it daily for about a week to see the marks fade away. The price is on the higher side, and it's a bit disappointing that the patches are small. It would be great if they were larger, allowing us to treat multiple areas at once. This is a miracle product... Recently, when I get blemishes, they're in this weird in-between state - not quite full-blown acne, but not easily squeezable either. I was at a loss for how to manage these tricky spots. If you miss the right timing, they often end up turning into brown scars, you know? It's amazing for covering up blemishes when going out! It seems to absorb wound secretions well. With two sizes available, it's great for applying to different sized blemishes. There's no soothing effect at all, so I'm just using it lightly when I go out. You need to apply it after doing your makeup. As someone who enjoys trying new products, I think this could be helpful for brightening and reducing blemishes if it suits my skin well. I probably wouldn't purchase this at that price. I have sensitive skin, and when I applied it over my blemish marks, it caused circular redness that lasted for a long time.

When my skin was in terrible condition after removing a flat wart, I had severe hyperpigmentation. But after using this for just a week, my complexion really brightened up. I wish they would make smaller sizes too, so we could apply them to individual blemishes. It feels a bit wasteful on smaller areas...
