Especially when it's hot, I crave a refreshing iced Americano over heavy lattes or sugary drinks. I think I stuck to this better than any diet product. The caffeine content is low, so it didn't really interfere with my sleep, but I usually drank it at work. If you're a coffee lover but not too picky about taste and can drink just about anything, you'll probably be really satisfied with this. There's a subtle hazelnut aroma and flavor that made it pleasant to drink. It was great to open a packet after meals or during sleepy afternoons. Naturally, incorporating this while watching my diet helped tone my body a bit. I didn't lose a ton of weight or anything... There weren't really any major downsides! It tastes good, it's portable, and convenient. Just keep in mind that drinking this doesn't mean you'll stop craving regular coffee. It's nice to have a real iced Americano to wake up in the morning, and then enjoy this at work after lunch.
