The staying power could be better, I must say. When I sweat in the summer, it tends to break down quickly and leave a white cast. While it's easy to touch up, frequent reapplication seems to make my skin look overly shiny and greasy. The cushion compact also tends to attract dust easily.

I've been using the refill puff that came with it, but I'm not entirely sold on its quality. I'm considering picking up a new puff from the dollar store once this one wears out. There's another cushion refill included, but the amount of product seems quite small. Even with the sale price, it feels a bit expensive when you consider how little product you actually get.

Applying this sunscreen was a breeze. Unlike others that leave my hands feeling greasy, I could pat this one on without even touching it directly. So convenient!

The puff is divided into two parts. I recommend using the flat side for application.

The built-in puff absorbs a lot of the sunscreen, so you need to apply it quite generously. That's why I'm a bit hesitant to recommend it...

It's moisturizing and effectively neutralizes yellow undertones. Even when applied generously, it doesn't leave a white cast, which is great. I have oily skin, and it didn't cause any pilling or issues. It's hydrating, so I'd recommend it for dry skin too. However, I wouldn't suggest it for extremely dry skin.

Due to the mineral sunscreen ingredients, it might be unavoidable, but there's a slight oily feeling right after application. However, it gets better after powdering or as time passes. It's not super hydrating, so if you have dry to combination skin like me, be careful using it in winter or you might end up with super dry skin. If you do want to use it in winter, I recommend pairing it with a very moisturizing product. Also, like most sun cushions, it contains a bit less product than regular cushions, so keep that in mind.

The cooling and soothing effects really helped improve my blemishes compared to when I used regular foundation! While the coverage isn't super high, it does manage to even out redness to some extent. For a sun cushion, I'd say it's pretty decent. The brightening effect would look natural on those with skin tones 21 or lighter, but even if you're not super pale, it should look fine if you blend it down to your neck a bit. Given that it worked well for me despite my extremely sensitive skin, I think the ingredients must be pretty good. It was great that it came with 3 extra puffs as part of a special offer! It's nice not having to wash the puff so often, as I can just switch them out. My friends thought the mint chocolate design was cute too!

In summer, it might melt quickly due to its moisturizing formula. It gives a slight white cast like a brightening moisturizer, but perhaps because it's so hydrating, it seems to darken over time, with staying power similar to a regular cushion foundation.

A mineral sunscreen cushion that's not stiff at all! You can apply it smoothly with gentle pressure. It goes on moisturizing and unlike other mineral sunscreens, it doesn't dry out your skin but maintains hydration! That's why I'm using it well into autumn, and I think it'll be great for winter too without causing dryness. In summer, I applied this and set it with powder... or reapplied on-the-go. It didn't pill, felt comfortable, and my skin was happy - I was totally satisfied! I've already stocked up on refills, of course!
