I started taking these due to my menstrual cycle becoming irregular after multiple uterine surgeries. Although I haven't had my period yet, so I can't speak to their effectiveness, I find them tasty which makes it easy to remember to take them regularly. More importantly, after about two weeks of taking it, I definitely noticed a reduction in menstrual cramps. I finished a month's supply and bought it again. The downside is that it's a bit pricey. Also, it's disappointing that the quantity in one box is somewhat small. After winning from Hwahae, here's my review: The taste was quite enjoyable. It felt like drinking a really tangy juice. As someone who loves juices, I found the flavor quite delicious. I felt there were many disappointing aspects. Firstly, I wouldn't want to spend my own money on this considering the price. Also, despite it being called 'Inner-sitol', which raised my expectations, I didn't notice any significant effects. I remained just as tired, and while I wasn't expecting a dramatic change, I thought I'd see at least some minor improvements. But there were none, haha. So, I probably won't buy this again.
