Even with blemish-prone skin, this product doesn't cause breakouts and provides above-average coverage. It feels a bit stiff when applying, and the shade isn't particularly light. For those with sensitive or acne-prone skin, finding a foundation that offers good coverage without exacerbating skin issues can be challenging. This product seems to strike a balance, though the texture and shade range might not suit everyone's preferences. - ha*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMay 19, 2025
The coverage is quite good, and the ingredients are excellent, so I'll use it with confidence. Please remove the fragrance ㅠㅠ The smell is not good and I don't know why it was added ㅠ Please please remove it ㅠ - pe*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 12, 2025
After usually using foundation, this is my first time trying a BB cream. My skin doesn't feel dry, and it's comfortable even after wearing it for a long time. Now I just want to use this product exclusively. I hope it doesn't get discontinued! There's nothing particularly disappointing to write about, honestly! - ck******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 19, 2025
Ever since my skin became super sensitive, all my existing foundations and cushions (VDL, Sulwhasoo) would make my skin itchy and cause tiny bumps and blemishes as soon as I applied them. I figured it was probably due to pore-clogging ingredients, so I couldn't really use any foundations. I turned my attention to BB creams and looked for products without those problematic ingredients. That's when I came across Swanycoco. The ingredients looked good and the reviews were positive, so I decided to give it a try. While I'm not completely over the moon, I'm quite satisfied with it! Though there are a few downsides, for me, the pros outweigh the cons. So unless I find something better, I plan to stick with this. Here's my breakdown: 1. Texture: Thick consistency (doesn't run) 2. Application: Not bad, but it doesn't spread thinly so you need to control the amount 3. Color: Brightens skin tone by one shade (I'm a light 21 with deep undertones) *You'll need to apply it to your neck for a natural look 4. Darkening: Almost none 5. Coverage: Medium, pretty good for a BB cream! - Covers redness well, but not so great with pigmentation - If coverage is crucial, you might need extra concealer - I'm too lazy for concealer, so I just layer more BB cream where I want extra coverage 6. Staying power: Medium-low - Depends on skin condition and skincare routine (can get patchy or separate if skin is oily) 7. Irritation & blemishes: Absolutely no irritation, no itching, and no breakouts! I mean it, no breakouts at all! Plus, while most foundations come in 30ml, this one is 40ml. If you're like me and don't wear makeup often, this will last you ages! The downsides? Coverage, staying power, and lack of sun protection. The coverage is understandable for a BB cream, and it's actually quite good compared to others. The staying power is a bit disappointing. While it doesn't darken much, it can get patchy or separate depending on your skin condition. The lack of sun protection means you'll need to apply sunscreen separately. Using a mineral sunscreen underneath can make it look a bit cakey. For touch-ups, it's great to put some BB cream in an airless pump bottle and carry an air puff in a case. It's more compact than carrying a cushion compact. You can find these on Coupang! - wh*********Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 28, 2025
I absolutely adore this product. I'm deliberately leaving a review hoping it won't be discontinued. Since daily foundation use often causes blemishes, I was searching for a better alternative. Swanycoco BB cream, with its high bifida content, seems gentler on the skin. I'm thrilled that I haven't had any breakouts since using it! While the coverage isn't as high as foundation, it's still decent. For an extra radiant look, I recommend adding a touch of blue corrector in specific areas. It's a game-changer for your complexion. I can't recommend this enough! The price is a bit steep, but if you search diligently, you can find places selling it at a more reasonable cost. - ky********Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 24, 2025
✨️I've found my holy grail base makeup✨️ 1. Skin texture enhancement The most crucial aspect I look for in base products is how they enhance skin texture. My cheeks tend to accumulate sebum, and I have seborrheic keratosis, so if I use the wrong base, my skin can look worse than bare! I've been using Laneige Cushion Foundation for several refills as it was the best match, and I've learned that applying a thin, hydrating, and adherent layer is key to minimizing the appearance of skin texture. This product might not be as thin as Laneige, but it's more like an emulsion than a BB cream? It seems to absorb well into my skin while evening out my complexion! Even after a full day out, it maintained my Inner Glow without compromising my skin texture! I'm extremely satisfied.. 2. Longevity For the first time, I experienced beautifully enhanced skin texture that... stayed put... without breaking down. I'm truly moved..! My skin typically rejects foundation, develops dead skin cells over time, and is prone to blemishes if the product doesn't suit me.. so finding the right base has been really challenging. Even when I briefly wore a mask due to high pollution, my skin still looked great! 3. Color After stubbornly sticking to foundations, this is my first time switching to a BB cream. Apparently, BB creams are meant for problematic skin?! They say it's what dermatologists prescribe.. I thought a slightly ashy tone would be unavoidable, but since my skin isn't very light and has a yellow undertone (about a shade 21), the color looked incredibly natural on me!! Of course, it doesn't give a brightening effect. 4. Scent While I prefer unscented products, this has a subtle, pleasant cosmetic fragrance that I actually enjoyed^_^ 5. Ingredients Not only does it perform perfectly for my skin, but the ingredients are also great... I've truly found my go-to BB cream.. It already has all the advantages I'm looking for, so I plan to keep repurchasing it, but if I had to find a drawback, it would be the coverage? It doesn't completely conceal post-blemish marks, so I need to use concealer. - ud*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 14, 2025
Quite hydrating! I've tried expensive foundations and popular ones, but couldn't settle on any, using over a dozen different ones. Those labeled for dry skin often felt too oily, causing flakiness, or if they were moisturizing and long-lasting, the shade (for my 17 tone skin) was too dark, making my skin look sallow. But this one causes less flaking and adheres well to the skin! The ingredients are said to be good. Although it contains fragrance, compared to other BB creams or color foundations, it seems really decent. For 17 tone skin, the color does turn slightly yellowish, but it's usable for short periods. It feels like it slightly tones down your complexion compared to bare skin. With powder, the color retention improves, making you look like someone with naturally good skin. Of course, it's not the same as the clear, thin-skinned bare face look. It's more like the appearance of someone with good, thicker skin. I'm satisfied with how well it adheres to the skin, though it feels like it doesn't last too long. I've been frustrated with foundation adherence many times before, but this is better than regular foundation. The package design is neat. The thin cylindrical opening of the container allows for good amount control. Drawback... Please make the color a bit brighter... Shades below 20 tend to look more sallow. Also, if you don't screw the cap on properly, it leaks. Darn! - kl********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRecommendedFeb 13, 2025
I used this for the first time today and I'm absolutely thrilled! Despite being a BB cream, it doesn't have that grayish tint, and it actually brightens up over time, making it suitable even for fair skin tones. My T-zone is an oil slick, but it's been hours and the makeup hasn't budged... The coverage is comparable to most foundations! I have severe hyperpigmentation so I still need concealer, but I'm truly over the moon with this product. It absolutely must not be discontinued! I'm 2000% certain I'll repurchase it! There's nothing I dislike about it... It feels a tad thick when applying, but it's not noticeable enough to be a concern. - nn*********Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 31, 2025
The best thing about this product is its ingredients! I used to have constant blemishes from regular BB creams and foundations, but with this one my skin feels comfortable and I don't get any breakouts. The coverage is also great. It has strong staying power and even when it fades, it does so beautifully without being noticeable. I was worried the shade 13 might be too dark for my fair complexion, but it adapts well to my natural skin tone without any darkening. It's actually lighter than Missha's #17 BB cream. There's nothing bad to say. While it's a bit pricey, I'm satisfied because of the high-quality ingredients. Please use this product a lot so it doesn't get discontinued! I highly recommend this for those who find their skin uncomfortable with BB creams or foundations. I've used Skin Balance Moonlit BB and Yuri Pibu Cellum Amaid BB for 3-4 years each, but this one is the best by far. - ye*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 17, 2025
I often get blemishes, so I usually apply BB cream when going to work. This has become my go-to product now. The color is on the lighter side, and it doesn't cause any breakouts, which is great! Even when applied quickly, it doesn't look patchy and adheres to the skin like a second skin, making me reach for it often. It does have a slightly grayish tone. I think it would be better if it had more of an ivory color.
