It's so lightweight Unlike other similar lip balms that tend to be heavy or sticky, this one is completely different! The formula is incredibly light with zero stickiness, so you can apply it generously without any discomfort. 2. Excellent hydration and smooths dead skin cells As I just mentioned, it's super lightweight, so you might wonder if it's actually moisturizing. Trust me, it really is. No matter how dry your lips are or how much dead skin has built up, this balm instantly hydrates. It immediately smooths out those rough patches. I applied it and immediately rubbed my lips together - in just seconds, my previously rough and dry lips became silky smooth. It's amazing! 3. Incredible value for money I originally went to Olive Young during a sale to buy the Torriden lip balm, but I saw this right next to it. Checking the price, I noticed they both had the same amount and were in a double pack, but while Torriden was around 7,000 won, this was only about 6,000 won, so I grabbed it immediately. I was already planning to buy Torriden because it's super cheap, but this was even more affordable! I think one tube could last about a month and a half with daily use, so with two, that's like 3 months? It's truly a god-tier bargain.
Cons1. The hydration doesn't last as long comparatively While it's genuinely an excellent product for hydration, it doesn't last as long as some other products. It seems to last about an hour, and then your lips start to feel a bit dry again. It's not bad, but I wanted to mention that it's relatively short-lasting in comparison. 2. The product is a bit hard to squeeze out of the tube When I first used it, I had to apply quite a bit of pressure to get the lip balm out. I thought, 'Huh? Has it solidified?' But after applying a lot of force, the lip balm finally came out. Even after that, you still need to apply some pressure to get the product out, but honestly... it's fine if you just squeeze a bit harder. It's almost funny to list this as a con, but I wanted to mention it. Conclusion: If you see it, just buy it without hesitation. It's great for everyday use, incredible value for money, fragrance-free, lightweight, with amazing hydration, and small enough to carry easily... It's just... my holy grail.
TipIt might be slightly insufficient for nighttime use, so I recommend the Etude Ginger Sugar Lip Balm (the squeeze type) for before bed.
