If you have dry skin and wish for hydration right from the toner step, not just from essences and emulsions, I highly recommend this product. As a fan of rice water, I decided to try this toner. The hydration it provides from the very first step is remarkable. There's a noticeable difference in moisture levels when using this toner compared to regular water-like toners!
ConsI experienced a slight tingling sensation if it got into my eyes. To avoid this, I gently wipe away any toner around my eye area before opening my eyes.

For brightening effects, try layering it multiple times or use it as a mask with cotton pads. The rice water seems to give a subtle brightening effect overnight. As a combination-oily skin type, I found it provides ample hydration without excess oil. There are some solid particles that settle, so remember to shake before use. Effectiveness: It fills skin with moisture while keeping oiliness at bay. With consistent use, you might see brightening results. Overall: While I was looking for a toner to use as a mist, I'm a bit concerned about the settled particles clogging the nozzle. However, the great ingredients, hydrating effect, and potential for brightening make me want to keep using it and possibly repurchase. It's definitely worth trying if you're in the market for a water-based toner.
ConsThe scent is slightly artificial. It can sting if it gets in your eyes. Needs shaking before use.
TipThe texture is very runny, which makes it easy to accidentally get in your eyes - be careful as it can be quite irritating. While I hoped for a natural rice water scent, it has more of an artificial, alcohol-like fragrance. However, the scent isn't overpowering or particularly bothersome.

The small opening makes it so easy to control the amount! After some time => It feels like it's been deeply absorbed into the skin! I think it would be great to apply before makeup It seems perfect for cooling down the skin temperature! As I have super sensitive skin, I was a bit nervous using it, but it felt gentle without any irritation 😄 Just a solid basic skincare item
Cons=> It can feel a bit dry after one application, so it might be better to layer it multiple times => Be careful as it stings like crazy if it gets in your eyes! => It's slightly inconvenient that the layers separate, requiring you to shake before use
Tip=> If you transfer it to a mist bottle or foam pump container, it won't drip and absorbs even better! => Remember to shake well before use

Seems like a solid choice for this season. It really delivers on the essence of what a toner should be. I'm only on day two of using it, so I can't say it's amazingly great yet. If I notice anything exceptionally good, I'll add more to this review!
ConsI'm not sure if the separated part is oil...? I'll update and add more after using it longer. The citric acid can occasionally cause eye irritation if you're sensitive to it. It stings more on broken skin. I'm not sure if this is how they adjust the pH to be slightly acidic... Usually, when they say it's a low pH toner, this ingredient is present, right? It's too stinging to use after laser treatments, but it's okay for normal skin once your skin barrier has somewhat recovered.
