It removes makeup effectively. The rolling motion is very gentle and non-irritating. It emulsifies well, removing dead skin cells and sebum without irritation. My skin feels hydrated after cleansing. My skin type: Fair cool-toned 13, sensitive combination (dry around the mouth, oily T-zone and butterfly zone, combination dehydrated) - prone to small blemishes, unfortunately. I absolutely cannot recommend this enough! My skin recently had a bad reaction, and the cleansing balm I was using before (B*****K) seemed to irritate and cause more blemishes. So I switched to this one... It's incredibly gentle and doesn't aggravate blemishes at all. But here's the kicker - it still removes makeup effectively! It's unbelievable. The moment you apply it to your skin, it melts like whipped cream, emulsifying beautifully. Highly recommended for those with super sensitive skin! If I had to nitpick, the scent isn't particularly pleasant. However, I'd rather have this than added fragrances that could potentially cause allergic reactions. For areas with blemishes, gently roll the product. It rinses off cleanly without leaving any residue.
