Previously, as I have oily skin, I always did a double cleanse with 'cleansing oil + mildly alkaline foam cleanser'. I was worried that using just the Hwahae Milk Balm for cleansing would cause breakouts, but the cleansing power is sufficient and my skin actually feels more comfortable. Waterproof mascara (I'm currently using the Holika Holika mascara) and heavy eye makeup also get removed cleanly. I have one at my parents' home as well, and even my mom, who has dry skin, is extremely satisfied with it!
