Pros
I first encountered and used the Hwahae Instagram group purchase through Ms. Joy. Previously, as I have oily skin, I always did a double cleanse with 'cleansing oil + mildly alkaline foam cleanser'. I was worried that using just the Hwahae Milk Balm for cleansing would cause breakouts, but the cleansing power is sufficient and my skin actually feels more comfortable. Waterproof mascara (I'm currently using the Holika Holika mascara) and heavy eye makeup also get removed cleanly. I have one at my parents' home as well, and even my mom, who has dry skin, is extremely satisfied with it!
Cons
Though I've been using it generously, the product is not the best value for the price. It would be great if a larger size product was released!
Tip

I have trouble-prone, sensitive skin! 1. Usage experience It feels great - it has just the right amount of moisturizing, effectively removes sebum, and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth! The cleansing power of this product was disappointing. Although it was initially only available in Japan, it has now been introduced to Korea as well. I tested it on waterproof mascara, eyeliner, and eyebrows, but it only removed about 70% of the makeup. (Of course, I spent an appropriate amount of time rolling and went through the emulsification process thoroughly. We would normally use an eye makeup remover to remove these products.) If I'm feeling lazy, this product alone won't be enough to remove my makeup. Additionally, compared to other products, I felt very dissatisfied that my sebum was not properly removed. This product may not be suitable for those with oilier skin like myself. As for the usage, when I cleansed with this product, I felt a slippery, oily film-like residue on my skin, whether I used lukewarm or hot water for washing. Cleansing used to be done only with cleansing milk, and I kept using the same product for a long time. I bought the Biplain green bean pack because I remembered that it worked really well for exfoliating dead skin in the past.
