I soak embossed cotton pads generously with this toner, place them in a container, and store it in the refrigerator for a cooling effect. When my face feels hot, I apply the cool pad briefly and then wipe it off. It helps reduce the burning sensation and works wonders.

I wish the bottle was a bit larger. The size feels a bit small to last through the peak of summer, which is disappointing.

It's a low pH toner with excellent soothing effects. Perfect product for this season.
