It's a low pH toner with excellent soothing effects. Perfect product for this season. I wish the bottle was a bit larger. The size feels a bit small to last through the peak of summer, which is disappointing. I soak embossed cotton pads generously with this toner, place them in a container, and store it in the refrigerator for a cooling effect. When my face feels hot, I apply the cool pad briefly and then wipe it off. It helps reduce the burning sensation and works wonders. - gk******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedApr 10, 2025
I used to exclusively use Innisfree for my skincare routine, but when my go-to product was discontinued, my skin went haywire. I was dealing with blemishes and severe dermatitis. After scouring through countless reviews, I decided to give this a shot, thinking I had nothing to lose. To my surprise, it's absolutely fantastic! I'm now on my second bottle. Highly recommended for those struggling with skin irritations. I didn't experience any issues at all. It was excellent, and thanks to its viscosity, it absorbs well into the skin. Overall, I found it to be very satisfactory. - 9y*****Dehydrated SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMar 4, 2025
As someone with combination dehydrated skin prone to dryness, I find this product works well as a mask and is generally satisfactory. I don't have many complaints, but I just hope the price doesn't increase. - te********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 17, 2025
This toner seems like a decent option when you need one While it's decent, it's a bit pricey compared to other cost-effective toners on the market - dh********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinFeb 3, 2025
I bought this because I've been using the serum from the same line and loving it! If you prefer a watery toner without any oiliness, I'd suggest looking for something else. I purchased this after reading reviews that called it a watery toner, but it's not that at all. The texture is quite viscous and feels quite rich on the skin. I used it once and ended up giving it to a friend because it felt too heavy for me. It might work better if you use it as a mask pack. - an*********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 15, 2024
It has a great calming effect and is incredibly lightweight, making it perfect as a first toner in your routine There's honestly nothing to complain about. I've used it well and absolutely love it - ia********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 1, 2024
The texture is somewhere between water and mucus - not too runny, but not so sticky that it's hard to get out of the bottle. It's just right. I was surprised and pleased by how quickly it absorbs despite having a slight viscosity. The consistency is perfect for layering multiple times, which seems to really boost hydration. I'm satisfied with the texture, scent, and even the color(?), making it great for summer use. It's a bit inconvenient that it's not a snap-open lid, but rather one you have to twist off. However, to be fair, most products are like this, and snap lids tend to break off quickly, so this might actually be better. It works great for reducing skin heat if you soak a cotton pad generously and leave it on your face like a mask. - aw*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 30, 2024
I think all the products in this Tocobo line are great. The toner isn't a watery type, but has a slight viscosity. When you let your skin absorb it, it feels like it's feeding moisture to your skin. The result is a soft, supple skin texture. I'm also satisfied with the safe ingredients. I couldn't find any drawbacks with the product. The price, maybe? I wish they would have more frequent and bigger discounts! - dd*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 30, 2024
The large volume is the best part! The formula itself isn't heavy and has plenty of hydration, making it great for daily use when balancing skin or as an exfoliating toner! You might notice the characteristic scent of cica, but it's not irritating. Those looking for a summer toner can use this without worry After using this, if you pair it with the serum from the same Tocobo Cica Calming line, the soothing and cooling effect is amazing - so****Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJun 28, 2024
I thought it was a watery toner, but it's even better with a slight viscosity. The fragrance is refreshing, and it absorbs well, sinking right into the skin. It's great for layering, whether you're doing the 3-skin or 7-skin method. The fact that you have to twist the cap to open it... After using flip-top bottles, having to use both hands to open a twist-off cap feels like a minor inconvenience.
