It's really, really, really great. It's a life-changing product. I highly recommend it. The formula is a somewhat transparent serum-gel?? type, and it works well even when I have severe acne breakouts. When I apply it to red, inflamed acne and leave it on overnight, the next day the blemishes have dried up into scabs. It's truly amazing. I haven't found many products that are effective for my acne, but this one is just as good as pharmacy-bought items. I highly recommend it.
