And I was really glad to see the serving size indicator line on the back. As someone who has tried a lot of protein shakes, I've seen the serving size indicated in grams, but I've never seen it displayed so transparently with a clear line before. I also liked that they wrote instructions for adjusting the thickness, from thin to thick. The taste is definitely the most important thing, right?? I usually drink a lot of chocolate-flavored protein shakes, but they often have that thick, weird protein aftertaste. But this product had no such aftertaste at all. It was just like drinking a delicious chocolate milk with a hint of roasted grains, almost like cocoa puffs. I substituted this for one of my meals for about 2 weeks, and I lost 2kg. It has a lot of protein and various vitamins, so I think that's why. Not only did I lose weight, but I also felt more active and energetic, though I'm not sure if it's directly because of this product. I tried it with non-fat milk to help with weight loss, and the chocolate flavor was still rich and satisfying, even with the watered-down milk taste. But I enjoyed it the most when I just used regular milk. The feeling of fullness is really great. I would drink one pack before going to my part-time job, and I wouldn't even feel hungry until I got off work. I usually have to eat a meal during my break, but this time I didn't even need to.

First of all, there are chocolate chips inside, and the chewiness is so good~~~ I mixed it with chocolate milk instead of regular milk, and it tastes even better..
