The pills are incredibly small and light. It's like chewing konjac? About the size of 3-4 grains of rice clumped together. I usually get nauseous when taking vitamins, but with these, I feel nothing, which is great. The best part is that they're so lightweight I can carry the whole bottle around easily. I love mango, so I'm willing to buy these with my own money. The chewing sensation is a bit tough? But not to the point where it's unpleasant to eat. The container fits perfectly in your hand, which is great, but I was surprised by how tiny the pills are when I opened it. They're about the size of a bean, smaller than my fingernail. Large pills can be hard to swallow, but these go down easily with water, so I don't mind taking them with other supplements. Some vitamin products have an unpleasant smell or taste that makes you stop taking them after a while, but Better Weller vitamins release an oil-like substance when you chew them, with a delicious mango flavor (sweet and tangy). I highly recommend these to anyone who's been hesitant about taking vitamin pills. Apparently, vitamin D3 has better absorption than vitamin D2. You can take them with water or chew them, whichever you prefer. Although it's a high-potency product, it doesn't exceed the upper intake limit, so this one capsule should be enough for your vitamin D needs. The bottle has a childproof safety cap, which is a nice feature. While I enjoyed the burst of fruit flavor when chewing, I found the capsule shell a bit tough. It has a clean, tropical fruit flavor. To me, it was like eating mango jelly. As I didn't notice myself, I'm a bit disappointed that there weren't any visible or noticeable effects. They look like tiny jellies and pop when you chew them! I usually can't take large pill-like supplements or handle bitter tastes, but these are small and sweet like jelly, making them so enjoyable that I want to eat them often! I took them twice a day, morning and evening. While I'm not sure about the effects yet, I feel a bit less tired...? I think I'll need to take them consistently to really tell. I needed vitamin D since I apply a lot of sunscreen and don't get much sun exposure. I believe it'll improve as I keep taking them! There's not much to complain about, but it might be more convenient if the supplements were a bit larger or if the container was smaller!

I find these capsules much more convenient than the powder form. My husband enjoys them too and we're taking them together. While I can't attribute it solely to this supplement, I noticed my skin worsened when I forgot to take it for about a week due to being busy with work. I didn't immediately feel a dramatic improvement while taking it, but the difference was quite noticeable when I stopped. I'm determined to take them consistently now! The outer shell or coating is quite thick, which can make them a bit tricky to chew and they sometimes stick to my teeth, making them slightly inconvenient to eat. Since I've only been taking them for a week, I haven't experienced any significant effects yet. I'll update my review after using them for a longer period. Give it a solid try for more than a week!
