I bought this when it first came out, and it's truly beautiful. It has a slightly moist feel, and when applied, the color is insane. The intense pink glows from every angle, and when you put it on your lip contours, it makes them look plumper, which is incredibly cute and lovely. I wanted to buy another one, but I heard that when new products were released, this one's formula changed too. I haven't been able to purchase it because of that. Is this really true? - km*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedApr 18, 2025
Since highlighter is used on specific areas, it's great to have a product that's small in quantity yet affordable. This one fits the bill perfectly. The color and glow are beautiful, and the fine particles give a subtle radiance that's not overpowering. It's ideal for applying to the cheekbones too. The shimmer effect is a bit subtle. It would be nice if they offered a separate version for more intense highlighting. - ys******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 8, 2025
* Shades 11-13 are prone to dullness on cool-toned skin * My favorite pink beam shades: Ofra Cloud Nine, Etude House Pink-a-boo, Etude House Budapest Romance A red-pink beam highly recommended for warm-toned skin. It's not your typical pink beam - it's a unique warm pink with striking red and coral pearls that pack a punch. In other words, not recommended for cool tones. Unlike Ofra Cloud 9 or Chanel White Opal, which have a white base to add dimension, this can't be used on the nose bridge. Its high-intensity color works best on the inner corners of the eyes or blended with blush. The texture is very similar to a lacquer, with a wet-like consistency. It's not a finely-milled, light-reflecting highlighter, but more like a shimmery eyeshadow with sparse glitter. Despite being called a 'beam', it doesn't provide that dimensional glow, but rather adds intrigue with its pearlescent shadow-like quality. Many reviews mention poor longevity, but it survived all day even on my combination dehydrated skin with an oily T-zone explosion. The application tool seems to make a big difference. While 2NE1's price-to-quality ratio is great and I plan to repurchase, personally, I find that a silky semi-matte finish (pearl to bone broth glow) suits my face better than a dewy, glass skin look, so I don't reach for this often. - si********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRednessRecommendedFeb 26, 2025
The pink beam is absolutely gorgeous! It doesn't seem to have any excess powder fallout. Whether I apply it to my aegyo sal or on my nose, it looks stunning... It's the perfect highlighter for those with light undertones. I honestly can't think of a single negative thing to say about this product... I highly recommend purchasing this if you have a light undertone and your skin takes well to pink shades. - lc*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 21, 2025
The 'Mermaid' pink highlighter! The name 'Mermaid' is spot-on for this overall pink-toned product. It's especially beautiful when applied to the inner corners of your eyes! Highly recommended for those with cool undertones or deep complexions. The 2AN highlighter itself has a smooth texture and leaves a dewy finish. I usually dislike the dry, powdery feeling of most highlighters, but this one feels incredibly soft to the touch! It's quite noticeable for everyday use, so on days when you want to make a statement, dab it on the tip of your nose and inner corners of your eyes - it really makes your features pop and looks gorgeous! Since the 2AN brand isn't super well-known yet, the price point might feel a bit steep for some. - le****Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedJan 4, 2025
The Pink Beam shade is absolutely stunning! It's versatile enough to beautifully highlight your cheeks, the inner corners of your eyes, and even the bridge of your nose. I've been using both Clear and Mermaid, but personally, I find Mermaid to be far more captivating. There's nothing particularly negative to mention! Just make sure to grab it when it's on sale, as it often drops below 9,000 won. It's definitely worth waiting for those discounts! The texture is so smooth that it's a joy to apply, whether you prefer using a brush or your fingers. - el*******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 16, 2024
I have a complexion between shades 17-19. With my fair skin, I'm usually quite picky when choosing foundations or highlighters. It's been challenging to find a pretty pink beam highlighter, but I'm really satisfied with this one. The pearl particles give a subtle yet shimmery glow. They're fine and smooth, creating a luxurious and beautiful effect. When applied, it doesn't feel heavy at all, and the color payoff is clear - I absolutely love it! The pearl color shows up well, so you can create various looks depending on how much you apply. As someone with cool-toned, fair skin, I often struggle to find highlighters that don't make me look darker. This one is truly perfect for me. The size is just right, and the price is affordable, which makes me even more satisfied. I'm tempted to collect the other shades too! If you found this review helpful, I'd appreciate it if you could give it a thumbs up! There's nothing I dislike about it. Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend it! - el********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinRednessRecommendedSep 4, 2024
The pink beam is amazing! While it may not be exceptionally prettier than other pink beam highlighters, it's perfect for those who are thinking about trying out a pink beam. The size and price are not burdensome, which makes it even more appealing. The case is a bit flimsy, but it's forgivable considering the price. - th*****Normal SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRecommendedAug 31, 2024
This was my first time trying a tinted highlighter, and I loved that it wasn't too flashy, making it perfect for everyday use. The application is incredibly smooth, and oh, the shimmer... the shimmer is absolutely gorgeous! The only downside might be that the case feels a bit flimsy? Other than that, the size is just right and I'm quite pleased with it. - pe**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinDark CirclesRecommendedAug 31, 2024
The color is close to a red-pink, making it quite unique among pink shades. It looks especially pretty when applied to the tip of the nose. There's not really anything to complain about, but it would be nice if they offered a quad palette instead of just singles.
