I won The Hwahae Testers giveaway, loved it after using, and bought it again! First off, it's so plush and the quality is so good it's more like an essence than a toner, which is why I repurchased.
Cons
Now that summer's here, it feels a bit heavy unfortunately. So I found a method I'll share in the tips section!
Tip
If using a whole pad feels too heavy, I recommend using half since they're already pre-cut! I personally divide the essence from half a pad onto one cotton pad and use it as an exfoliating toner. When I pat it on my face this way, it leaves my skin in just the right glowy state!
