 The Shine Muscat flavor is good, but I think it would have been even more delicious if it had been carbonated!

 I was very interested in managing my blood sugar, such as fasting blood sugar and postprandial blood sugar, as being careful with food can help maintain health and facilitate dieting.
Fortunately, I was selected through a Hwahae event to experience a health functional food for blood sugar and bowel management, for which I am grateful.
The instructions are to dissolve one packet in 150ml of water and drink it daily. I have been taking one packet before, during, and after meals, as well as with snacks, to manage my blood sugar.
This product contains inulin from chicory and dietary fiber, so it may also help those who have difficulty using the restroom regularly.
While on a diet, I have been consuming this product along with hearty meals or snacks that I crave.
Although it has only been a few days since I started taking it, and I don't have a tool to measure my blood sugar, I feel less guilt while eating, as the product helps manage my blood sugar.

It doesn't dissolve well in water and clumps up. It needs to be mixed with hot water to dissolve.

It's fine even if the water isn't very hot, as long as you mix it well, but if you just mix it roughly, it can clump up, so you need to mix it thoroughly before drinking.

For those very sensitive to aromas, the slightly fishy taste may make consumption uncomfortable.

Although the taste has a slightly bitter and fishy feel typical of health foods compared to the clean Shine Muscat aroma, it's pleasantly sweet and easy to consume.

After finishing a meal, the urge to keep eating something persists - improving the habit of additional snack consumption is the start of blood sugar management!! This product seems to help with that.
After drinking a cup, the sweetness satisfies the desire for dessert, so I don't end up eating more, and I feel my blood sugar levels stabilizing. I used to feel bloated and my mind would race, followed by drowsiness, but this has helped me break that high blood sugar routine.
This seems like a good product to finish off a meal!

Also, due to irregular activity levels and eating habits, my bowel movements weren't very smooth, but after starting to take this, it helped with digestion, and with continued use, I feel my bowel routine has become more regular.

It dissolved well in cold water, so there was no problem drinking it refreshingly in the summer~~ As someone who doesn't like plain water, drinking it was easy and good for me! Even though I only had it for a short time, my bowel movements were also good!
