I've been really interested in managing blood sugar levels - fasting glucose, post-meal glucose, etc. - as it's crucial for staying healthy and losing weight while eating. Luckily, I won a Hwahae event and got the chance to try out a health supplement for blood sugar and digestion management. I'm so grateful for this opportunity!

The recommended dosage is two sachets dissolved in 150ml of water daily. However, I took one sachet a day for blood sugar control, consuming it before, during, and after meals, as well as with snacks.

This product contains inulin chicory and dietary fiber, which could be beneficial for those who have trouble with regular bowel movements.

Currently, I'm on a diet, but when I want to indulge in a big meal or snacks, I take this supplement along with it.
