I received this as a gift and noticed a cooling effect on my face when applying. I wondered if it was truly gentle, but after removing it, my skin felt incredibly moisturized without any irritation. It's just refreshingly cool. It's great for calming the skin and I really like it. It takes quite a bit of product for one use. I bought this after struggling with heat sensitivity in summer. It definitely helps reduce that burning sensation! The price is a bit wicked. Not recommended for those who dislike products that give too much glow!
