I prefer a more filling drink, so I usually mix it with milk or almond breeze. When you open the lid, there's a pleasant nutty aroma, and the taste is similar to misutgaru, which I found quite enjoyable. I liked the chewy texture from ingredients like oat balls. Compared to other products, it has a high protein content of 18g, and although it contains alternative sweeteners, the overall sugar content seems relatively low.
ConsI initially bought Protty One because it was advertised as having only 1g of sugar, but when I actually tried it, it tasted sweeter than products with 4-5g of sugar. It contains 3.9g of erythritol as an alternative sweetener, and while there's a lot of debate about alternative sweeteners, it might be worth noting for those who are concerned. I've tried the grain, green tea, and chocolate flavors so far, and personally, I think this flavor might be the quickest to get tired of, so I'm not sure I'll continue drinking it regularly. Also, since you need to add the powder first, it doesn't dissolve as easily, requiring more shaking compared to when drinking from a bottle.
