It has a delicious roasted grain flavor without any strange protein taste, making it enjoyable to drink. Among easily available shakes, this one has much better ingredients compared to other protein shakes, so I highly recommend it to dieters! It also has a nice texture with bits of brown rice crunch and oats that you can chew on. The feeling of fullness is not bad either. If I had to pick something, maybe the price...? But everyone knows protein products cost about this much, so we just accept it and buy it anyway. It's even better when mixed with soy milk or low-fat milk! Because it makes it thicker and more delicious. - ij****Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedNov 8, 2024
It has a pleasant, universally appealing taste similar to roasted grain powder that's easy to enjoy It contains prune concentrate powder, so those with sensitive systems might want to avoid it - sm*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJul 8, 2024
I bought the pouch version to drink at work, and I heard the ingredients are slightly different, making it suitable to mix with water. I prefer a more filling drink, so I usually mix it with milk or almond breeze. When you open the lid, there's a pleasant nutty aroma, and the taste is similar to misutgaru, which I found quite enjoyable. I liked the chewy texture from ingredients like oat balls. Compared to other products, it has a high protein content of 18g, and although it contains alternative sweeteners, the overall sugar content seems relatively low. I initially bought Protty One because it was advertised as having only 1g of sugar, but when I actually tried it, it tasted sweeter than products with 4-5g of sugar. It contains 3.9g of erythritol as an alternative sweetener, and while there's a lot of debate about alternative sweeteners, it might be worth noting for those who are concerned. I've tried the grain, green tea, and chocolate flavors so far, and personally, I think this flavor might be the quickest to get tired of, so I'm not sure I'll continue drinking it regularly. Also, since you need to add the powder first, it doesn't dissolve as easily, requiring more shaking compared to when drinking from a bottle.
