I used to use PH Formula cleansing products (about 70,000 won), but they were too expensive. I switched to this because I've been using other Sante products well, but the cleansing effectiveness is really poor. Even after double cleansing, it doesn't remove everything. Maybe that's why I'm getting some folliculitis (and I'm not even the type to wear heavy makeup, just BB cream). It's a waste of money. I guess I'll only use it when I'm not wearing makeup or just sunscreen.

I'm not really sure... I used it because it's cheaper than other products. The Azulene Soothing Gel and Azulene Cleansing products are okay though.

If you warm it up sufficiently with your hands and massage it in, it applies more smoothly and seems to remove makeup even better, almost like a cleansing oil.

The downside is the scent. Even though it contains fragrance, the smell is not great.

As someone prone to skin irritation, I've always struggled to choose cleansing products, but this one made me feel like it was protecting my skin even during cleansing, allowing me to use it with confidence.

I was also very satisfied with how it left my skin texture soft and smooth. It seemed to retain necessary moisture while cleansing, maintaining a hydrated and comfortable skin condition without the urgent need to apply toner afterwards.

Lastly, the user experience was excellent. It spread easily and smoothly, and rinsed off without any residue, making the process hassle-free. The subtle, pleasant scent also made the cleansing time more enjoyable.

Gentle, no irritation, and I'll definitely repurchase! I usually just apply a light layer of cushion foundation, lightly fill in my eyebrows, and add a touch of blush and lip color. I'm not one for heavy makeup, so I only use Sante Milk to remove my makeup and rinse with water. My skin is super sensitive, and even the slightest irritation from cleansing can cause tiny bumps and chaos. I don't even do a second cleanse. When I went for a facial, I was told my skin barrier was compromised, and excessive irritation from cleansing could make it worse. Despite all this, this cleanser passes with flying colors - no irritation, leaves nothing behind. It's great!

The cleansing effectiveness is terrible. It doesn't seem to remove even mineral sunscreen well. If you wear heavy foundation, this won't clean it off. I regret switching to this 'aesthetic' product... Nothing but disappointment.
