I'm not really sure... I used it because it's cheaper than other products. The Azulene Soothing Gel and Azulene Cleansing products are okay though. I used to use PH Formula cleansing products (about 70,000 won), but they were too expensive. I switched to this because I've been using other Sante products well, but the cleansing effectiveness is really poor. Even after double cleansing, it doesn't remove everything. Maybe that's why I'm getting some folliculitis (and I'm not even the type to wear heavy makeup, just BB cream). It's a waste of money. I guess I'll only use it when I'm not wearing makeup or just sunscreen. Not recommended - ko**********Combination SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 21, 2025
Since I don't wear heavy makeup, I can't really judge how well it removes visible color cosmetics, but it seems to cleanse gently and effectively. We know that feeling squeaky clean isn't always good for the skin, right? Because it's so gentle, you might not get that intense scrubbing sensation, but considering it's used in esthetic salons, it must be pretty good, don't you think? The downside is the scent. Even though it contains fragrance, the smell is not great. If you warm it up sufficiently with your hands and massage it in, it applies more smoothly and seems to remove makeup even better, almost like a cleansing oil. - ju********Normal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 4, 2025
I've been using this since it was released, and it cleanses really well. My skin was super sensitive before, but the barrier has definitely improved. There's not really anything to complain about, except maybe that it comes in a large size? I recommend emulsifying it before rinsing off for best results. - rx********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedNov 21, 2024
After using the Azulene Soothing Cleansing Milk, I realized it was the perfect cleanser for my super sensitive skin. Previously, many cleansing products would leave my skin feeling tight or irritated, but this one left my skin feeling hydrated and comfortable after washing, which I found extremely satisfying. The biggest advantage was its gentle cleansing effectiveness. The soft, creamy texture typical of cleansing milks didn't irritate my skin and gently dissolved makeup and impurities, leaving my skin clean without any irritation. It even removed heavy makeup completely, impressively eliminating the need for double cleansing. Notably, my skin didn't feel dry or tight after cleansing, but rather maintained its moisture for a long time. Moreover, I felt the azulene ingredient made it suitable for those with sensitive skin. There was no redness or irritation after cleansing; instead, my skin felt soothed. As someone prone to skin irritation, I've always struggled to choose cleansing products, but this one made me feel like it was protecting my skin even during cleansing, allowing me to use it with confidence. I was also very satisfied with how it left my skin texture soft and smooth. It seemed to retain necessary moisture while cleansing, maintaining a hydrated and comfortable skin condition without the urgent need to apply toner afterwards. Lastly, the user experience was excellent. It spread easily and smoothly, and rinsed off without any residue, making the process hassle-free. The subtle, pleasant scent also made the cleansing time more enjoyable. In conclusion, I would recommend the Azulene Soothing Cleansing Milk to those with sensitive skin, those seeking gentle yet powerful cleansing effectiveness, and those who prefer a moisturizing finish. If you want a clean cleanse without skin irritation, you should definitely try this product! The price is too high for the amount you get. You can't use it liberally. - hk***Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedNov 18, 2024
Gentle, no irritation, and I'll definitely repurchase! I usually just apply a light layer of cushion foundation, lightly fill in my eyebrows, and add a touch of blush and lip color. I'm not one for heavy makeup, so I only use Sante Milk to remove my makeup and rinse with water. My skin is super sensitive, and even the slightest irritation from cleansing can cause tiny bumps and chaos. I don't even do a second cleanse. When I went for a facial, I was told my skin barrier was compromised, and excessive irritation from cleansing could make it worse. Despite all this, this cleanser passes with flying colors - no irritation, leaves nothing behind. It's great! Nothing negative to say. I usually don't repurchase products, but this one is definitely going on my repurchase list! - ho********Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsJun 26, 2024
The scent... How do I fill 20 characters? It's just expensive... Actually, this should be in the cons. The cleansing effectiveness is terrible. It doesn't seem to remove even mineral sunscreen well. If you wear heavy foundation, this won't clean it off. I regret switching to this 'aesthetic' product... Nothing but disappointment.
