 While it's also delicious to mix it with milk, given the flavor characteristics of protein powder, it seems to blend much better and taste more harmonious when sprinkled on top of denser and heavier foods like yogurt, rather than liquid. That's why I personally don't recommend almond breeze - it feels too light and watery, and the protein taste tends to overpower the end flavor. I'd suggest using a heavier milk, soy milk, or yogurt to balance it out.

I found that mixing it into a slightly thicker yogurt (not too thick or it's hard to mix) and then sprinkling in some erythritol was the most delicious for me! It has a similar taste to mixing it with roasted soybean powder. If you like roasted soybean powder, I definitely recommend trying that.

 The price was a bit higher compared to other products of similar capacity, which was a bit disappointing🥹 But there were no particular downsides to the product itself!

 To summarize in one line... This is a product I would highly recommend to those with lactose intolerance and irritable bowel syndrome... I've had both lactose intolerance and irritable bowel syndrome since elementary school, so I could never dream of having milk and cereal in the morning...ㅎㅎ This product contains 0% animal-based ingredients and protein, and is made entirely with plant-based ingredients and protein. The ingredients are also all non-GMO.
So I mustered up the courage to try it with my lactose-free milk in the morning, and my stomach didn't hurt at all... 🫨
The taste is similar to roasted grain powder! It's incomparable to the famous grain-flavored protein drinks sold at convenience stores... The taste is much better, and since it doesn't upset my stomach, I really want to recommend this to people with my constitution.ㅎㅎ
The nutritional values are also decent - 165kcal, 22g of protein, 5g of sugar, and 5g of dietary fiber per 45g serving. Being able to get 22g of protein in one go is really convenient ㅋㅋㅋ I used to find it annoying to keep track of chicken breast, but I'll try to keep eating this consistently! I have a brand of protein shake that I usually enjoy.
When you compare the ingredients, this one is a hundred or even a thousand times better.
It really has a healthy taste.
When you think about your health, I don't think you'll find a better protein shake than this one.
It's rich and substantial, and while there's no chewiness, it's still quite tasty.

Adding a little bit of a low-calorie sweetener like allulose syrup makes it taste amazing.

However, the taste was a bit bland, so I added a bit of allulose syrup to go with it, and it was delicious.

I usually add powdered barley to milk for weight gain, and the taste wasn't significantly different, which I liked. I usually have a hard time with supplements because they taste bad, but I was able to consume this without any aversion.

The sugarless powder has a sweet and delicious taste like barley tea💗 It dissolved easily when mixed directly with cold milk, which was very convenient and nice. The high protein content also made it filling enough for a meal in the evening.

When I'm craving something sweet but don't want to consume sugar, adding ice and drinking it cold makes the sweetness more pronounced.

1. Among domestic products, there is almost no plant-based protein, so I used to order and eat from overseas. But plant-based protein has a slightly rough, grainy texture(?). However, this product is very smooth. The taste itself is similar to roasted soybean powder, with just a hint of sweetness. There's no fishy smell, and it's perfect for a light meal.
2. The packaging lid is a twist-on type, which seems to block moisture better than the typical protein lid. The included measuring spoon is also very convenient and nice.
3. When I used to consume animal-based protein, I would strangely feel uncomfortable and have poor digestion, but this product is very gentle on my stomach. Since it's made from grains, it seems perfect as a breakfast substitute. One glass leaves me feeling full and satisfied. Highly recommended for dieters!
4. The price-to-volume ratio is quite generous. With two scoops per cup, it should last close to a month. The previous protein powders were a bit pricey, but as an avid exerciser, this one won't be a burden to purchase regularly.

The downside seems to be that the powder doesn't dissolve well in milk.

The taste was savory and rich. I consumed it with 3 spoonfuls along with milk. After eating it, I felt hungry around 12 PM, about 3 hours later. The feeling of satiety seemed good.

It's better to mix it with milk. The spoon is a bit long, so it's better to just take it out of the container.

As someone who has consumed quite a few protein shakes, I found the Holblending product to be enjoyable without the fishy taste. The original versions of other products had a noticeable fishy flavor, so I would only go for the sweeter chocolate-flavored ones. And I actually preferred the thinner consistency as it was easier to drink.
