While it's tasty when mixed with milk, given the characteristic taste of protein powder, it's much more harmonious and delicious when sprinkled on denser, heavier foods like yogurt rather than liquids! So personally, I don't recommend almond breeze... It feels too light, like water, and the protein taste comes through more strongly at the end. I recommend using a milk, soy milk, or yogurt with more body to balance it out! For me, the most delicious way was to sprinkle a spoonful of this on yogurt that's slightly thicker than whipped cream (if it's too thick, it's hard to mix), and add a swirl of allulose. It tastes like yogurt with misugaru sprinkled on top! If you like misugaru, you must try this...

The only downside was that it's a bit more expensive compared to other products in terms of quantity. But I didn't find any issues with the product itself!

Let me summarize in one line... This product is highly recommended for those with lactose intolerance and irritable bowel syndrome. As someone who has both conditions, I couldn't even dream of having milk and cereal for breakfast since elementary school. This product contains 0% animal-derived ingredients and protein, filled entirely with plant-based ingredients and protein! They also use non-GMO sources for everything. So, I took a leap and tried it with lactose-free milk in the morning, and surprisingly, I had no stomach pain at all! The taste is similar to misugaru (roasted grain powder). It's incomparable to that famous grain-flavored protein drink sold in convenience stores... This tastes much better, and it doesn't upset my stomach at all, so I really want to recommend it to people with similar conditions. The nutritional profile is also good, with 165kcal, 22g of protein, 5g of sugar, and 5g of dietary fiber per 45g serving. Being able to consume 22g of protein at once is really convenient. I used to find it bothersome to prepare chicken breast every time... I plan to keep consuming this regularly! Although it's a bit pricier compared to other products, I think it's unbeatable for my constitution. I'll definitely reorder when I finish this one. I especially recommend this to those with lactose intolerance and irritable bowel syndrome!

It's a bit disappointing that there's nothing to chew on. It's not sweet at all... really... While I do enjoy sweet things, if you want to make it more palatable, try mixing it with Almond Breeze 'Original'. That should make it somewhat sweeter!

First, I apologize for writing this review so late. I have a protein shake brand that I usually consume regularly. When comparing ingredients, this one is undoubtedly a hundred, even a thousand times better. It truly has a healthy taste. If you're thinking about your body's health, you probably won't find a better protein shake than this. It's nutty and substantial, and while there's nothing to chew on, it's still quite delicious.

It's delicious when you add a bit of sugar-free or low-sugar syrup like allulose.

However, the flavor was a bit bland, so I added a little allulose syrup, which made it taste better.

I usually mix milk powder with milk to gain weight, and I was pleased that this didn't taste much different. I typically have trouble with supplements because they make me feel sick, but I was able to consume this without any issues.

The taste is similar to roasted grain powder, just slightly less sweet. There's no fishy smell, making it perfect for easy consumption.

2. The packaging features a screw-on lid, which seems to keep moisture out better than typical protein powder containers. The included measuring spoon is also very convenient.

3. Animal proteins sometimes upset my stomach and cause digestive issues, but this product is very gentle on the stomach. Being grain-based, it's great as a breakfast replacement. One cup keeps you feeling full. Highly recommended for dieters!

4. The quantity is generous for the price. With two scoops per cup, one container should last nearly a month. Previous protein powders were quite expensive, but as a fitness enthusiast, I feel I can afford to buy this regularly without breaking the bank.

The downside seems to be that the powder doesn't dissolve well in milk.

The flavor was mild and nutty. I consumed 3 spoons mixed with milk. I ate it around 9 PM, and by midnight I started feeling hungry again. I'd say the feeling of fullness was pretty good.
