The Blur Popsicle Tint is quite famous, right? I got it as a gift from a friend and tried it out. If you liked Cool Rose Up, I think this color would suit you well too. It's a toned-down plum pink-rose color compared to Cool Rose Up, making it a bit more subdued and perfect for cool winter tones. It absorbs well with a smooth application, and the staying power is decent if you're not constantly touching your lips. You can snag it for under $10 when it's on sale!

Unfortunately, even after minimal use, the tint doesn't apply well. I understand it's characteristic of blur lips, but it's extremely inconvenient.

The staining power doesn't seem very strong. It might vary from person to person, but I noticed it comes off easily when I drink something, especially when using a straw. The same goes for talking. After a few hours, my natural lip color starts showing through.
