It's so beautiful, and the lasting power is amazing.
ConsDue to the nature of the matte tint, it tends to accentuate flaky skin a bit too much ㅜㅜㅜㅜ

Highly recommended for cool-toned skin! The staying power is moderate.
ConsAvoid using this when you have a lot of dead skin cells. It makes them more noticeable and looks strange. Also, it feels like the color doesn't apply evenly.
TipIt's also pretty when used as a blush.

I got it as a gift from a friend and tried it out. If you liked Cool Rose Up, I think this color would suit you well too. It's a toned-down plum pink-rose color compared to Cool Rose Up, making it a bit more subdued and perfect for cool winter tones. It absorbs well with a smooth application, and the staying power is decent if you're not constantly touching your lips. You can snag it for under $10 when it's on sale!
ConsThe staying power isn't as impressive as I expected. It tends to transfer easily.

The texture feels like you've just applied lip color and dusted on powder - it's incredibly velvety smooth.
ConsWhen applying multiple layers for more color payoff, it can sometimes pill up a bit like eraser shavings.
TipFor reference, I find it looks even prettier when applied in a gradient style.
