I bought this product because I heard the panthenol ingredient helps balance oil and moisture. Round Lab products seem to work well for me, so I gave it a try. It feels adequately hydrating and seems pretty good. Since I have combination dehydrated skin that tends to be oily, I usually apply toner multiple times. I like that even with multiple applications, it doesn't feel greasy. There's a very slight oily feeling to it. This might be because I apply multiple layers, though. I use a fine mist spray cap from Daiso on all my toners. It's more convenient and hygienic than applying with hands. For a cream toner, it sprays quite nicely. - hy**********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJun 12, 2025
Skin type: Extremely dry · Sensitive · Prone to frequent inflammatory acne and milia due to lack of moisture rather than excess sebum After finishing my Dokdo toner, I was troubled by recurring inflammatory milia about once a week. Then, I hesitantly tried the Soybean Panthenol Toner I had on hand, and I was surprised by how much better it was than expected. First of all, even for my extremely dry skin, I could really feel the *'rich moisturizing effect'*. I loved how it wasn't a thin toner, but rather absorbed into my skin with a weighty essence-like feeling. Initially, I thought, "Oh? This is better than I expected," but after consistent daily use, I noticed a significant reduction in deep dryness, and my skin has been maintaining an almost milia-free state. Of course, I'm also using essences and masks in between, but this toner definitely provides a solid base from the first step, setting a strong foundation for my skin's condition. Above all, I was very satisfied that this product passed the skin irritation test with a 0.00 rating and even received German dermatological certification, making it reliable for those with sensitive skin like myself. Compared to other toners I currently have, it definitely has more substance. When I layer a small amount of panthenol essence and finish with a moisturizing cream, my makeup the next day is much less likely to separate and breaks down more naturally. I'm so satisfied with this product that I wish I had tried it sooner. I confidently recommend it, especially to those with extremely dry, sensitive, and blemish-prone skin. There are no negatives. I bought it during a sale so I can't comment on the price, but I wonder why this product isn't more well-known... If you have dry and sensitive skin like me, try layering it multiple times! Make sure to use it consistently morning and evening, even if just for a few days! - qk**********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 3, 2025
I've been using sheet masks from the same line, but lately, I've been struggling with deep dryness that just won't go away. With summer here and air conditioning in full swing, I was worried my skin would get even drier. So, I decided to try a hydrating toner for the first time, and wow, it's amazing! It tackles that deep dryness while creating a light moisturizing barrier. After applying, my skin feels silky smooth, and when I follow up with hydrating products, I get this beautiful Inner Glow! I think this product is perfect for those with combination dehydrated skin who are dealing with deep dryness, especially if you're hesitant to use heavy moisturizing products in the summer. This toner works wonders! I'd recommend pairing it with lightweight, hydration-focused products for the rest of your routine. To be honest, the toner itself comes in a large, heavy bottle, which makes pouring it into your hands a bit inconvenient. I actually bought this after watching Toxin's video, where they recommended decanting it into a Daiso fine mist spray bottle. I've been using it that way, and it's so much more convenient! I find myself reaching for it more often, which means I'm using it more consistently. - kn*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 1, 2025
It's a cream skin toner. Though it's as fluid as water, it leaves a slightly rich feeling on the face as it absorbs. For combination dehydrated skin, it might be challenging to use in summer. It gives a bit of a glow and feels somewhat rich, so I'm carefully controlling the amount I use. The slightly greasy and slippery feel is a bit disappointing. - qi********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMay 31, 2025
I absolutely can't recommend this toner enough! As someone who used to hop from one toner to another, I've finally found my holy grail with this one. It's incredibly gentle and noticeably improves skin barrier function. Most importantly, it effectively combats deep dryness. It feels like a less oily version of the Laneige Cream Skin. While it deeply hydrates, it leaves the skin's surface feeling comfortably matte. After applying just this toner, my skin feels as plush and bouncy as a marshmallow when I touch it. Due to its nourishing properties, it might feel a bit heavy during summer months. - bo******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 29, 2025
It's wonderfully hydrating and perfect for giving your skin a light boost of nourishment when it's feeling parched. The dispenser leaves a lot to be desired. When you first apply it, it feels heavy and doesn't absorb well, which isn't ideal. - db*********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 28, 2025
I tried this toner because it works well for the YouTuber Toxin and my skin type, and wow, it's seriously a perfect match! Even though it's a toner, when you layer it, you can feel the hydration locking in and your skin becoming plump. I've always used lightweight, watery toners, so this is my first time trying a toner like this. I have combination dehydrated skin that tends to be oily, so I'm not sure how it'll work in summer, but right now it's amazing - no blemishes and my skin feels great! There aren't any downsides, but... I suppose it might feel a bit heavy in summer? For now, though, I'm loving it. I found that layering it multiple times works really well! Pro tip: buy a spray bottle from Daiso and transfer the product - it makes it super easy to apply as a fine mist. - wj********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 28, 2025
During winter, other toners felt too light and inconvenient to use, but this one's hydration is truly top-notch. It's perfect for winter, and those with dry skin might find it suitable even for summer use. It's a bit heavy for summer use, so you should think of it as a winter product. - ki***********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 17, 2025
In the winter, this was great for soothing sensitive skin. Even when I applied cream, my skin was still dry, but this toner took care of it. The product has a bit more of a stimulating effect than expected, so when applied, the skin becomes slightly reddened. - ha********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 15, 2025
My skin type is dry and sensitive. I tried the products recommended by YouTubers because my skin barrier was compromised, and from the first step, my skin felt smooth and soft like a peeled egg. This toner is suitable for all skin types and can be used all year round.💚☘️ In the summer, oily skin may feel greasy. Double layering followed by applying the next serum is very suitable!!
