Additionally, due to the nature of the lip balm formula, the longevity is not particularly high, which means it needs to be reapplied frequently, which can be inconvenient.

Candid goes well with Chachatint. I bought it to use with my favorite Chachatint and I'm very satisfied.
When I apply Chachatint and then Candid, the lipstick's lasting power improves and the colors blend together beautifully.
It's fine to just use a lip balm, but I think it looks nicer when I apply both the tint and Candid.

I don't think there's anything particularly disappointing, but if I had to pick one, it would be that the good pigmentation is a strength, but because of that, I can't apply it to the lips. I applied it without thinking, not looking in the mirror, all the way to the lips, and passersby looked at me like I was the Joker. After that, I apply a clear lip balm separately when it gets dry.

This is a color lip balm with a smooth and vibrant color payoff.
I only need to apply it with a light swipe or two, and the color shows up transparently as per the lip balm shade, with a nice glossy sheen. 
After applying it a few times, it develops a glossy shine and the color payoff becomes more intense (mixing this lip balm with a lipstick gives a more natural, satin-like finish).
Personally, I don't like lip balms that stain or change color dramatically due to body temperature, as my body temperature tends to run high, but this product doesn't have significant color changes or hot pink staining.
