The packaging and shipping are meticulous, and it's a trusted product I'd consider repurchasing. The hydration lasts for a long time. I'm not sure if it's defective, but after using it, the product won't retract back into the container when I twist it. It absorbs smoothly and provides excellent hydration. This lip balm is perfect for winter use. While it's soft, it's also fragile, making it prone to melting and breaking at the edges.
