The adherence wasn't bad, and the coverage was decent as well. It applies more smoothly than expected. The finish feels pleasantly matte. I usually prefer glowy and lightweight formulas, but I chose this matte product since those tend to have better coverage and staying power. Among matte products, this one feels quite thick. When squeezed out, it holds its shape. Because of this, it felt like it was applying quite heavily. I bought it because it was supposed to be warm-toned, but it had more of a pink undertone than I expected, which I didn't like. After trying it once, I really disliked it, so I passed it on to my sister since I probably won't use it again. I wouldn't recommend applying it with a brush. The texture is slightly firm, which gives it better coverage compared to more fluid foundations when applied! If you take good care of your skin, it adheres well without much pilling, which I really liked. For me, there was hardly any darkening, which was great! Since it has a firmer texture, you need to be careful to apply it in thin, multiple layers with extra attention. Otherwise, it can go on quite thick! Also, if you don't set it with powder or a fixer, it can easily rub off with your fingers. The staying power is a bit disappointing. If you keep working the puff into your skin as if you're trying to fill every pore, you'll end up with a flawless, egg-shell smooth complexion!
