  Despite being a gel cream, it doesn't absorb particularly well. Even after patting it in for a while, it leaves a slightly slippery residue on the face, which can lead to pilling. You have to be very careful with the amount you apply, using less than you might expect. But here's the catch - hydrating gel creams are meant to be applied generously to boost hydration. This contradiction makes me hesitant to reach for it.

  No more blemishes!! It's great for those with super oily skin, and my sister with combination skin said it felt moisturizing and nice when she tried it. The texture is similar to many hydrating creams on the market, but what's unique is that it feels a bit slippery when applied. However, this isn't strange or uncomfortable. It's just the sensation you get when spreading the formula. They also included a small travel-sized version, which I'm using well!

  Pros

  Absorbs well - It glides on smoothly! The texture is very hydrating, like a soothing gel, making it easy to spread quickly. Absorbs well - It has great absorption! After applying and patting a few times, it sinks right in. Recommended skin type - From my experience, it seems to have a bit of richness, so it might be great for those with dry skin. I have combination skin, but that doesn't mean it won't work for other skin types! Effectiveness - I've been using it for about a month, and it's been pleasant to apply regularly. I'm glad I got it on sale at a good price. It even seems to have calmed down some of my more severe blemishes.

  Sticky - The most disappointing aspect is the stickiness. After it absorbs, if you touch your skin, it feels quite tacky. Also, when you look at your hands, there's a slight sheen and oily residue left behind, which is a bit of a letdown. While it might be fine in winter, I think it would be too much for summer use.

  For a light morning skincare routine, I find that after cleansing, applying just this over toner is sufficient!

  Oh, this is my first time trying a cream with this texture! As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I usually prefer using a soothing gel followed by a moisturizer.
