I have combination dehydrated skin prone to blemishes, but I haven't experienced any discomfort while using this product.

I was hesitant after reading reviews saying this cleansing balm leaves your face feeling oily, but I thought, 'Won't a second cleanse solve that anyway?' So I decided to buy it.

Unlike other cleansing balms, this one emulsifies with a bit more weight, which I liked because it allowed for more thorough massaging when removing makeup.

It removed my cushion foundation completely, leaving my skin clean. I plan to update my review after trying it with mascara (it also removes Carrot Stick sunscreen effectively).

Considering the amount, I wouldn't recommend paying full price. Wait for a discount!

I've been using this for about a month, and despite having super sensitive skin, I haven't experienced any blemishes after use. It emulsifies well, and I'm really pleased with it! When I've used other products, I've had small bumps appear, and some even caused huge pimples to pop up.

The user experience is absolutely terrible. I have zero intention of repurchasing, and I wouldn't use it again even if someone gave it to me as a gift. This is the first time I've disliked a cleansing product so much that I felt compelled to write a review.

The cleansing effectiveness is poor, and when emulsifying with water, it's incredibly difficult to rinse off. The texture is just a slightly firmer version of the Banila Co cleansing balm, but the cleansing power is so subpar that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

If you drop it... it breaks and doesn't dispense well even when you turn it. Use with caution. Also, emulsification can be a bit tricky. Even though I use what's supposed to be the right amount, which is actually quite little, it quickly becomes dry during emulsification, leading to a process that takes over 15 minutes. If you have sensitive skin or are prone to sudden breakouts, avoid using this. It contains micro-particles that can cause slight irritation to the skin. While this isn't always the case, it might be best to pause usage if you experience this.

I started using this product about a month ago. I switched from using oil to this product for its convenience. First off, it leaves less residue than oil and feels more hygienic. It doesn't sting even if it gets in your eyes. The cleansing effectiveness is not bad. I find it similar to or even better than oil, possibly because I emulsify it for longer. As someone with super sensitive skin and eyes that easily get irritated, I appreciate that this product doesn't cause such issues. I think it would work well for a range of skin types, from dry to combination dehydrated skin.

The effect on smoothing out skin texture is incredible! Usually, when I use oils or balms incorrectly, my skin reacts so badly that I need to visit a dermatologist. But with this, I didn't break out at all. It's amazing!

The texture might feel a bit heavy and suffocating for those with oily skin. It's inconvenient that you can't see how much product is left in the container.

You can adjust the amount by turning the dispenser as needed, which is very hygienic. When used as a first cleanse, its cleansing effectiveness is excellent, removing almost all cosmetics effectively.

After use, it doesn't leave that super-clean, squeaky feeling. So if you prefer that sensation, you might feel like there's some residue left on your skin.
