I usually apply foundation that's half to one shade lighter than my skin tone, mainly on my neck to match the color. This product was perfect for that! It blended seamlessly with my face. I used to put foundation on my neck too, but it would stain my clothes and felt like a waste. That's why I decided to try this. Even though I have deep neck wrinkles, it didn't settle into them or look patchy. The scent is pleasantly subtle, and you get a generous amount for a great price. When I went out with just a bare face and mask, I tried it on my forehead too - it didn't look cakey or feel dry at all. The finish is wonderfully matte, so nothing sticks to it, and I didn't notice it transferring onto my clothes. I also bought it hoping to brighten dark areas on my knees and elbows, but it doesn't seem to help much there. While it works well on my neck, I don't find myself using it much elsewhere. You know how we use makeup sponges for concealer and sunscreen, right? I use disposable ones from Fillimilli or Daiso, and then toss them. It brightens your complexion by about half a shade so naturally, you'll wonder if you even applied anything The absorption isn't great, so it takes a while for the skin to fully take it in 
ja***********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 31, 2024A review from someone who drops by Daiso like it's their local mill: I've been wanting to try a brightening moisturizer, but they're usually over $10 for 100ml, and I was too lazy to apply mineral sunscreen. When I saw this at Daiso, I snatched it up right away. This one's 200ml for just $5... talk about value for money! (I went at night and there were only 2 left in stock, so I grabbed both.) The difference is immediate on the side where you apply it. It's also moisturizing and the scent is decent. I'm not usually a fan of powdery fragrances except for Johnson's, but this one is surprisingly comforting. I might just apply it like body cream when I'm bored at home! Curious about its waterproof qualities for use on vacation, I sprayed some water on it. It stays put when wet, but some comes off when wiped with a towel. Rubbing vigorously with a damp towel removes quite a bit, unfortunately. For those vacation selfies, stick to dry land. For water activities, I guess I'll just stick to wearing a rash guard.
