  I was really impressed with this product's ability to brighten my complexion effectively, even with just a small amount. Many other products I've tried didn't make much of a difference, but this one really stood out. The subtle shimmer it contains seems to make my skin look even better. It's perfect for those days when you don't feel like putting on a full face of makeup but still want to look put-together before heading out.

  After application, it feels like there's an extra layer on my skin rather than it absorbing well. When I apply makeup over it, it tends to cause pilling. As someone with dry skin, I noticed it made my complexion look more matte, which led to even more pilling. While the shimmer initially makes your skin look nice, by evening it seems to break down and look a bit messy. I also struggled to find the right application method - neither a puff nor a brush seemed to work particularly well, so I'm not sure what tool to use for the best results.

  Pros

  Great for when you want to brighten your complexion. The blue tint seems to really even out the skin tone. The narrow opening makes it convenient to use.

  Cons

  When applied, the shimmer is visible, which wasn't ideal for me as I wanted a more natural look. It has a shimmery eyeshadow-like effect. There's a possibility of pilling. The liquid texture makes it a bit tricky to spread evenly - I wish it was more creamy.

  Tip

  For better absorption, apply it after moisturizing your skin or mix it with your cream. Layering foundation over it helps to achieve a brighter complexion.
