First off, I loved how the cool-toned color of the product created a clean, fresh look when applied. The fluid texture also made it absorb well into the skin. As a base product, it was uncomfortable due to the excessive shimmer. While it didn't cause any blemishes, my skin felt dry after application.

I've been using this for about 5 months now. When it comes to cushion-like products, I always buy the lightest shade available. This one looks very bright when first applied! But as you pat it in with the puff, it absorbs beautifully and leaves the skin feeling soft and powdery. It starts off lighter than your natural complexion, but by the end of the day, you're left with a radiant glow! I love that it evens skin tone and allows for a light makeup look. I find that I don't need to touch up even after applying it in the morning and heading out. It's super convenient as it also provides sun protection! The only slight inconvenience is that you need to spread it evenly over your face and press it in with the puff for proper absorption, which means using your hands. Here's a tip: If you have an empty nail cuticle oil pen, you can decant some product into it. Then you can apply it to your face with the brush and pat it in with the puff. It lightens my skin tone by about one shade. I tend to have a yellowish undertone, but this product completely transforms my face to a cool tone, which I'm thrilled about! I think this might be the most effective brightening moisturizer I've ever used. ■ Price The price is quite reasonable, which is great. ■ Packaging The egg-shaped container is adorably cute! ■ Skin irritation Despite having 3 potentially irritating ingredients, it didn't cause any irritation or blemishes on my skin, which is fantastic! ■ Scent I'm usually sensitive to fragrances, but this product has a slight floral scent that isn't overpowering or bothersome, which I appreciate. ■ Pilling Some brightening products can pill or clump like dead skin cells if not applied correctly, but this one doesn't do that at all, which is excellent. There's honestly nothing to complain about! It's rare to find a brightening moisturizer with so many advantages. I was really impressed with this product's ability to brighten my complexion effectively, even with just a small amount. After trying it, the biggest impact for me was how it instantly transformed my face into a blank canvas. However, that fair effect... It lightens your face without being too overwhelming, like a tint that changes your complexion. Usually, when I use products that dramatically lighten my skin tone, the formula tends to settle into my pores, creating white specks especially around my nose and butterfly zone on my cheeks. But this product applies evenly without emphasizing pores. It's like applying a high-quality matte lip tint that smooths over lip lines - this tinted base glides on seamlessly without settling into pores or fine lines. If there's a downside, it's that there are a few ingredients that might trigger allergies for those with super sensitive skin, and the SPF function is a bit weak. Also, for the 'Icy Blue' color, those with sexy dark skin (shade 23 and above) might need to use just a tiny amount. The tone difference could be quite stark...! I tried the mini size included in a lucky box, but I'm considering purchasing the full-size product as it's quite intriguing as a tone-changing base. This is a lightweight brightening moisturizer with a fluid texture. It definitely evens out your skin tone! It's perfect to use as a sunscreen alternative before applying your base makeup. When you layer your makeup on top, it effectively prevents darkening. As you spread it on your face, it sets quickly, leaving your skin feeling fresh and matte. On days when you want a light makeup look, using this product alone works wonderfully. Because it sets so quickly, you need to spread it rapidly. If it gets on your clothes, it's nearly impossible to remove with just wet wipes. The matte finish can make it look a bit patchy when applied in winter. Great for when you want to brighten your complexion. The blue tint seems to really even out the skin tone. The narrow opening makes it convenient to use. When applied, the shimmer is visible, which wasn't ideal for me as I wanted a more natural look. It has a shimmery eyeshadow-like effect. There's a possibility of pilling. The liquid texture makes it a bit tricky to spread evenly - I wish it was more creamy. For better absorption, apply it after moisturizing your skin or mix it with your cream. The brightening effect is incredible! It completely eliminates any yellow undertones! I'm not sure about the amazing long-lasting effect everyone talks about, maybe because I only apply a small amount. It can be drying, so I either layer on a lot of skincare or mix it with a watery sunscreen.

Honestly... it's a must-have for those with yellow undertones... Until now, no makeup base or correcting concealer could hide my yellowish complexion, but this one can...🥺 The color itself is like blue paint, and when I first applied it, I was surprised by how white it was. But after a little while, it adjusts to your skin tone. The formula is very thin, so it absorbs well, but it sets quickly, so apply it swiftly. I thought it might drip out when turned upside down due to its thin consistency, but it stays put! You need to squeeze it to dispense, which is great. The egg-shaped packaging is cute too. When applied, it feels a bit like a mineral sunscreen - slightly powdery with a hint of deep dryness and surface oiliness, but not to a bothersome degree. The scent is similar to clean, warm cotton. Those sensitive to fragrances might find it slightly noticeable. Like most makeup bases, it has a powdery finish that can feel a bit drying (though it's not completely transfer-proof; there's a slight feeling of deep dryness). Those with dry skin should make sure to moisturize well before applying. Control the amount carefully. Using a spatula works well.
