I've been using it for about 3 years. The dyed hair feels stiff and tangled, but when I use this, all of that goes away. There are no particular disappointments. If the lack of discounts is disappointing, then that is the only disappointment. They may tell you to leave it for 3-5 minutes, but even if you can't do that, it's more effective than other things.

The rich texture effectively detangles and softens knotted hair. The pump dispenser makes it easy to control the amount and use hygienically. It might be difficult to use up the entire product as the pump may not reach the bottom of the container. Creates shiny hair without a thick texture or oily feel. Instantly detangles and softens hair damaged by perms and coloring. The 1000ml large size offers great value for money. The thick texture and large size make it difficult to pump out the last bit, leaving a considerable amount unused, which is disappointing. Whenever you have time, apply the treatment and wait 30 minutes before rinsing instead of washing it off immediately.

I've been using this for years! It leaves my hair soft, smooth, and beautifully shiny. It feels a bit heavy, so those with fine hair need to be careful with the amount used. The container is a bit inconvenient to use up completely.

Due to layered cut, the ends are damaged, making it difficult to brush lately. On days of use, hair becomes temporarily extremely soft. For those not sensitive to silicone ingredients like amodimethicone and dimethicone, this is the best bang for your buck. Personally, it's an easy way to achieve soft hair, and I've never experienced major blemishes on my scalp, so I don't particularly avoid these ingredients. None. The quantity is really generous - one bottle easily lasts half a year. Those with blemishes on their back or nape should be cautious, as silicone can clog pores. Using it daily like a conditioner to maintain consistently soft hair. I've been using the Baobab shampoo and decided to try the treatment as well. I love the light, subtle fragrance that's not overpowering. Despite being a treatment, it doesn't feel heavy on my hair, which I really appreciate. My hair is quite thin and prone to damage, so I was hoping it wouldn't cause further issues. After using it, my hair feels noticeably softer and doesn't tangle, making me feel like I made a great purchase. The pump feels a bit weak and stiff compared to the product volume. I bought this because of its great ingredients and positive reviews, but I think I'll need to use it for a while to really see the effects. I've only used it once so far, so I'll need to keep using it to form a proper opinion, but it seems just okay for now.
