I tried this product after my favorite beauty YouTuber recommended it, and it's absolutely amazing! Make sure to get this shadowy brown shade along with a highlighting icy color. They work wonders together for both under-eye and outer corner shading. On days when my skin feels particularly dry and matte, it can be a bit challenging to apply smoothly. However, most of the time it works just fine. In fact, this slight dryness actually helps it last longer on the skin. For best results, I suggest prepping your skin with a hydrating primer or moisturizer before application. This will help the product glide on more smoothly, even on drier days. Also, remember that a little goes a long way with this product, so start with a small amount and build up as needed for your desired look. - my****Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 2, 2025
I used this product from May 15th to June 2nd, 2025. After watching a live Instagram stream for 3 hours, I was captivated by how beautiful the aegyo sal (under-eye fat) looked. I sent a direct message to find out which product it was, and it turned out to be this one. The color suits warm-toned complexions better than cool ones. Even though I have a cool complexion, I'm completely satisfied with how the product draws a beautiful aegyo sal without being too noticeable. The pigmentation was great, but what impressed me most was its staying power. It didn't smudge or fade even with sweat and facial heat. Even when I rubbed it vigorously with my fingers afterwards, it absolutely refused to come off. And what I loved most? The design of this liner! It comes with a brush, which is perfect for smudging after drawing the aegyo sal. I realized I could continue using the brush even after the liner runs out. The brush isn't cheap either - it has soft, high-quality bristles! On cool-toned skin, the color seemed to appear lighter than expected, which was a bit disappointing. Before applying the liner, I recommend setting your under-eye area with a matte powder after your base makeup. This seemed to improve both the pigmentation and longevity. Since the liner is in pen form, it tends to lose staying power when it comes into contact with oils. - ck*********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 28, 2025
The color is perfect for filling in the triangular zone - it's not overwhelming but still noticeable, giving a natural yet enhanced look. It's easy to incorporate into your routine. Drawbacks... To be honest, I haven't found any yet! I always make good use of the tip at the end. After drawing the aegyo sal and triangular zone, I smudge it... It works really well, even the smudging! Since it washes off easily, you can keep using this product until it's finished, making it great value for money. - f7********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 26, 2025
Staying power: Lasts quite a while, but easy to touch up with a quick swipe if needed Application: Glides on smoothly without any fuss Tool: Personally, I think the blending brush on the opposite end is a game-changer - it comes in really handy Color: It's right in between shadow and contour, perfect for adding depth to aegyo-sal (under-eye puffiness) or defining the inner corner Quantity: To be honest, it's not significantly different from other brands in terms of amount. It doesn't feel particularly generous, but it's also not so little that I can complain. It's in that ambiguous middle ground. If it looks too intense, gently wipe off a bit with your fingernail. However, using the blending brush works well too. - si*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRednessRecommendedMay 3, 2025
I used to struggle with creating a natural-looking eye contour and aegyo sal using the dark shades in my palette. It always ended up too intense or asymmetrical, so I just gave up. But this product is a game-changer! It's so easy to use - just swipe and smudge, and voila! You get a beautifully natural eye contour and aegyo sal effect. Even if you apply it too heavily, you can easily blend it to your desired tone. It's incredibly convenient. I'm not sure about its longevity without a setting spray, but with one, it lasts all day. Highly recommended for anyone who finds it challenging to create eye contours or aegyo sal! No blemishes appeared, and I'm completely satisfied. I'd love to repurchase when I run out. - jm********Dehydrated SkinInner DrynessRecommendedFeb 27, 2025
It doesn't just wash off with water. You need to scrub a bit to remove it, though it might leave a faint trace. Disappointing that it doesn't show up well on the eyes, but applies nicely on the back of the hand. - gq********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessRecommendedFeb 4, 2025
It looks incredibly natural. The brush that comes with it is quite nice. I'm using it very well without any real drawbacks. - bo*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRednessRecommendedJan 2, 2025
I mainly use this for creating aegyo-sal (under-eye puffiness) and sometimes for subtle lip contouring! It pairs well with cool skin tones and its thin texture allows for precise application. The smudging brush attached to the end is disappointing... It feels more like it's wiping off the product rather than smudging it. Instead of using the built-in brush, try using your own separate brush for better results. - je********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDec 12, 2024
Package: The attached brush is really dense and firm, which is great for smudging! It's perfect for precise application. However, this product sets quickly after application, so smudging isn't easy. Before purchasing this product, make sure to test it on your made-up eyes. Application: I tested it on my hand in the store. While it applied smoothly on my hand, it's actually quite stiff when applied over eyeshadow. This shade is often used for under-eye or aegyo-sal makeup, but it's so stiff that it's hard to control as desired. If applied incorrectly on the aegyo-sal, it can look like dark circles. That's why I don't reach for it often. Use it on areas with some oil. The application isn't good on areas where eyeshadow or powder has been applied. - ju******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsRednessRecommendedDec 11, 2024
I love that it comes with a tip at the end! The color range is great, but the best part is definitely the longevity - it lasts forever! I bought this looking for a less intense shade than black for my lower lash line makeup, and it turns out to be perfect for the aegyo sal area too. I wish it applied a bit more smoothly or had a creamier texture! Sometimes it feels a bit stiff, which can be uncomfortable to use. Hope you choose the right color for your needs without any regrets!
