It is also available at department stores, and pharmacists recommended it as a product with few harmful ingredients and good efficacy, so I applied for it! Especially, as I have sensitive skin and am prone to dryness, I had high expectations and confidence in using the product since it was said to exclude allergens and harmful ingredients. Even though I am very sensitive and usually break out in pimples when using one of the Spicule line products, Leedle Shot, this product was able to improve this issue and completed low-irritation testing, which gave me peace of mind. Despite being a turn-over product, I did not feel any irritation at all, and even though removing stubborn dead skin cells can sometimes cause irritation, this product had no side effects whatsoever. The needle-shaped spicules (Spicule) are processed from clean deep-sea sponges, resulting in a 100% pure natural extract without impurities. They penetrate the skin to help exfoliate and clean pores, smoothing the skin texture. This ingredient is also frequently used in dermatological peeling treatments, further increasing its credibility. These days, there is a craze for products like Leedle Shot, but the Spicule is a natural ingredient that sensitive individuals can use without burden.
ConsAs shown in the photo, the texture has no fluidity and feels slightly thick. Like most *d, *n Perfect Whip Foam Cleansers or general deep cleansers, it needs to be diluted with water and worked into the face to properly emulsify the formula. Additionally, the fragrance felt rather strong to me. While there is no aversion to the herbal or medicinal scent, it came across as more intense than subtle.
TipDue to its dense texture, it is recommended to gently press and massage the texture, first mixing it with lukewarm water to soften it. The tingling sensation from the spicules is a natural characteristic of the removal of dead skin, and it did not cause any trouble on my sensitive skin. There is no need to worry! I am cleansing by pressing a bit to allow the spicules to penetrate further, and after cleansing, I am generously applying a product containing PDRN extracted from salmon, as the active ingredients will be more effectively absorbed for skin regeneration. A representative PDRN pharmacy product is the Rejuvenex Cream. After using the spicule Cica foam cleanser, I applied an ampoule containing PDRN. The next day, my skin definitely felt more supple and moisturized. I am confident that with more consistent use, a clear improvement in skin texture will be visible.

It helps remove stubborn dead skin cells and care for pores, leaving the skin texture smooth and refined. As a result, there is significantly less patchiness when applying makeup. While the product contains salicylic acid, which raised some concerns about potential irritation, using it resulted in only a slight redness that quickly subsided. The exfoliation of dead skin cells also left the skin tone looking brighter.
ConsSensitive skin may experience irritation from using the product daily, so it's recommended to use it once a week at first and gradually increase the frequency.
