1. Smooth application Even though it's a pot concealer, the formula is very moist and oily, so it applies very smoothly and softly. I felt that this concealer was easy to apply. 2. Applies thinly Concealers often tend to build up thickly, but I liked that this one applied in a thin, even layer. 3. Good for highlighting I was satisfied that there were 3 color options. Using the lighter concealer shades on the inner corners of the eyes or between the brows can work well as a highlighter. 4. It's compact and portable, and having three shades in one is convenient, as I don't have to carry separate ones. #13 Bright Skin As someone who considers a concealer an essential item, I was given the opportunity to try the Tiptop concealer and compare it to the previous one I used. The * concealer has excellent coverage, but it has a slightly matte finish. So I was worried that using it under my eyes to cover dark circles would create wrinkles. However, the Tiptop concealer is moisturizing and smooth, making it excellent for use under the eyes. It also comes in bright shades, which I think work well for my Shade 13 skin tone.
Cons
The darkest shade is good for covering dark spots and blemishes. The rest of the shades have bright colors that would be great for using as a highlighter on my Shade 13 skin!

The coating is so thin and tightly adhered, it feels great! As a concealer, it's moisturizing and I really like it! I've been having some skin issues lately, and when I applied it to the areas with pigmentation, just one layer of foundation over it completely covered it up! Especially when I used the reddish-toned concealer on the dark areas, it brightened and covered them perfectly.
