I bought this along with the cleansing foam and peel-off mask during Belprime's launch promotion at a great price. After trying all three products, I can confidently say they are incredibly gentle. Even though my skin easily develops small blemishes and redness from the slightest irritation, I can use Belprime products with 100% peace of mind. This cleansing balm is so mild that I used it daily without worry, even on days I wore sunscreen. I highly recommend this for those with super sensitive skin looking for non-irritating, gentle products. Drawback: The balm is quite stiff initially. You need to warm it up a bit before use. Applying it directly to the skin requires pressure for rolling, which can cause irritation. Because it's so gentle, I'm not sure how effectively it removes makeup. It doesn't seem to cleanse 100% thoroughly. It dissolves well in your hands and seems to have excellent cleansing effectiveness. I'm very satisfied. I don't think there's anything particularly disappointing. If I had to nitpick, the small size might be considered a drawback.
