I tried it out with my 7-year-old daughter and 9-year-old son, who are very active and sweat a lot, so their baby scent is no longer there and they're not much different from adults now.
My daughter has shoulder-length, thick hair, so I used about half a pump and it was enough to create a rich lather. I didn't use any conditioner, and when rinsing with just water, it felt clean but I was worried it might feel stiff. But after drying, her hair was soft and not tangled at all - I'm very satisfied!
My son also only needs about one pump for sufficient lather. After his Taekwondo classes, his scalp and hair used to have an odor, but this Gungjoongbisaek Kids Shampoo left a subtle fragrance. Even his short, spiky hair became soft.
I tried it myself too, as I have a sensitive scalp and usually struggle to find shampoos that don't cause irritation, dandruff, or redness. But with this kids' shampoo, I didn't experience any irritation, and my hair felt soft and calm even without using a conditioner. The fragrance also lingered nicely.
I'm hesitant to use it up too quickly since I have two kids, but the performance is so good that I'd love to use it myself as well. I trust the ingredients since it's the same Gungjoongbisaek brand I used when my kids were newborns.

 It's better to not rinse out the shampoo immediately after showering, but to wait 2-3 minutes before rinsing. This helps remove dead skin cells.^^ Additionally, gently pressing the entire head with the fingertips, using the ten fingerprints, can also be beneficial.^^
